This was a wonderful movie. I really enjoyed the back story that it provided. The special effects were very good and there was not a dull moment. If you enjoyed the other X-Men movies you will love this one.

Storyline is excellent, this movie really rocks. Great action scenes, and plenty of good detailed characters. The historical parts of the movie were great, and tied in nicely to the theme of the film. Mc Avoy did an awesome job in this film, I like to see him again! This will be the start of more sequels, and prequels , go see it now!

I was excited to see this movie becaue I love all the other X-Men movies as well. It did not dissappoint and I thought that the way they incorporated the Holocaust and the Cuban Missile launch was very clever. The action scenes were great and it ties all of the other movies together.

Loved this movie! James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are splendid in this flick. The action is great. The mutants are unique from the other movies. I like the relationship to today's society and what it is like to "be different" in America today. Many lines in the movie along this line could be used directly for Gay rights.

A pretty darn good movie that could have been so much better.
It's like they couldn't decide to completely give in to the 60's vibe.
The bad guys were really, really poor sketches of characters.

Of all four movies in the series thus far I rank this one as a close 2nd behind X-Men: United. With the first X-Men coming in 3rd (and yes, I won't even mention the 3rd movie (I just did didn't I :-)). The acting is excellent (you can really empathize with each of the main characters), the character motivations are well thought out and, the use of the mutant powers are logically integrated into the story narrative and not gratuitous. And the score by Henry Jackman is awesome, especially Erik/Magneto's theme.
