I thought the movie was pretty good, but not much new. The plot was not hard to follow and was good at keeping my interest. I would watch it again if I got the chance. It was nice watching it on the big screen instead of waiting for the DVD.

So hard to make a USA vs. USSR spy movie interesting post Cold War, BUT, they have SUCCEEDED BIGTIME!
It's a non-stop thrill ride with nail-biting mayhem!
So much fun! Great cast! I have even gotten over Tom's craziness with this! He does it rally good.
This is what the James Bond mov now should be!

Great action, nice cars, good acting, OK plot, great car, and overall entertaining. A movie you don't need to do any thinking while watching it and be entertained. Not for everyone, but for those that like action movies, it is a good choice.

Constant action, in terms of explosions, fist fighting, and fast camera shots, but unlike Bourne Identity, no overriding engaging plot and the action is not stylish, interesting or unusual. You have to really like Tom Cruise, even when he is not acting. Old fashioned plot, stereotypical characters. But the Dubai scenes are amazing.

For director Brad Bird making his live-action film directing debut...Wow! Great action, well-paced movie from start to finish. And it's nice to see Tom Cruise for once not make the film all about him. He's got a great supporting that deserve every bit as much screen time as Cruise. This is by far my favorite of the four, which I rank 4,3,2 & 1 now.

Wow only 2.5 stars, wow, thats bull. This movie was fricking great, and might be the best one of the series. The critics review was totally bogus and unfair, that guy should lose his job. This is what you go to the movies for, you want to escape from your routine. And this movie really delivers! It's got action and mystery, and it doesn't take it's self to seriously. Simon Pegg really delivers the comedic relief, and Paula Patton is just GORGEOUS!!!

WOW! I was blown away from the twists, turns and plot. MI is packed with action and more action. I have always been a fan of the gadgets, glitz, glamour and fast cars in the MI series. I will see this again and again. My favorite scene of course, is Cruise on top of the Burj Kalifa. I can't remember the last movie that made me feel like I was actually in the movie! The cinematography is breath taking. 5 stars! Two thumbs up! In my opinion, the best action movie of the year. And it's funny too! Go see it.

The "Mission Impossible" series may have begun a little slow and convoluted in #1 and #2 but definitely righted the ship for good in #3. "Ghost Protocol" lacks the intense villainy of Philip Seymour Hoffman, but the great news is that it packs that much more international intrigue and action. In fact, "Ghost" seems to have take a cue from the Daniel Craig school of James Bond. There are hot girls (Paula Patton), brooding moral conflict versus bad-ass redemption (Jeremy Renner) and a gizmo expert just shy of "Q" (Simon Pegg). But make sure to see "Ghost" in its full IMAX glory. Seeing the Dubai sequences in bigger-than-life is what puts the film well over the top.

i think its healthy to be on the edge of your seat an entire movie, burns up the holiday anxiety safely, good therapy to watch twists and turns in a plot, especially satisfying to know that TC does all his own stunts and is in magnificent shape doing them, entertaining, fun and has the good grace to make fun of itself, the beginning of the movie's burning fuse to the mission impossible theme song is very Bond like...Go, it's fun.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol was a lot of fun. It had almost everything you would expect from a M.I. film....explosions, chases, close calls etc. My favorite aspect of the film was the character Benji (Simon Pegg) and his comic interplay with Ethan (Tom Cruise). Tom Cruise gets a lot of credit for doing some of his own stunts on the side of the Burj Khalifa!
