Other than the technical issue with the sound for the first two fights, the event was amazing. The theater crew gave us all a free pass to another movie because of the sound issue and worked very hard to get the sound fixed. I hope UFC puts more fights into theaters!!!

Good not great way to watch a fight. Not too many people at my theater. Price may be a little high. I usually get the fight at home a split between some buddies for less. Overall, I did enjoy it though. I'll most likely attend another UFC theater event again.

4 of us did the fork and screen event. We had great seat, good food, and a great time. The big screen was great. We have a big screen at home, but it is not the same as @ the theater. The crowd was into the show. There was clapping, cheering, and an overall great atmosphere. It beats sitting on a bar stool trying to find a decent angle for a TV. It also is a night out with friends. I hope UFC and the movie theaters continue to offer events like this. Oh, don't want to forget some really good action from the fights too!

I've been to UFC 101 Live in PA & spent $430.00 to sit 8 rows back from cage only to look up at the jumbotron when the action was out my view. After seeing the UFC on the BIG screen for $20 where you never miss the action & the HD was perfect. I would highly recommend this to all die hard UFC fans. I will be going to as many events at movie theatre from now on. Only problem was I had to drive 45 minutes from S.I. to NJ to see event due to no AMC theatre in Staten Island, NY.

I agree with those who said the fights themselves were exciting, and there was some novelty to be had watching them on such a large screen, but not necessarily worth $20. A lot less well attended than I'd have expected, too, and the price could have something to do with it. You've got to do better than this when half of fans have huge plasma screen TVs at home, and can chip in to have the same, if not better experience. The sound wasn't even that much better than you'd get on most home theater systems, which surprised and disappointed me.

I love the UFC and I thought this was an excellent move. I had 3/4 full theater with enthusiastic fans that were just as pumped as me. The best part was everyone's loud reactions to a nice right hook or head-kick and for the big fights, the excitement and intensity of everyone's response in the theater (as well as mine and my friends) made it more epic than any UFC experience I've had to date. A larger screen would always be nice, but I was impressed with the quality overall. Awesome time, awesome show, will most certainly be going again!

I buy a lot of the Pay Per Views at home, but this was a nice change of pace. Getting the theater experience for the UFC fights was really cool. I took a couple people that normally don't see the fights until they are on Spike, and they had a great time too.

Better than going to a noisy sports bar with limited viewing but too expensive than my normal group who chip in for Pay Per View at home. I was not overly impressed with the clarity of the HD. I would recommend if you cannot get the PPV or for a fun night out on the town. Hey UFC, how about a free giveaway at the ticket window as an incentive? I need more for my $20.00

I was really happy to see that they decided to broadcast the UFC event in the AMC Theater. 20$ is a fair price to seeing a good card on a large screen. Would go again for sure
