Looking for a clean movie with cute, live animals, great voice-overs and spy action? This movie is for you.
On the negative side: It took me a while to get used to the fake mouths of the live cats & dogs; they did not seem to sync with the real mouths very well at first. And, I thought it took too long to establish the characters. Some 007 parallels were lame.
That being said, I enjoyed the movie. It got better and better as it went along. To me the pigeon and the mouse were the funniest, Kitty Galore was deliciously evil, the good female cat spy was the overall best match of voice/fake mouth/animal. I was no fan of the "Silence of the Lambs" movie. However, unlike some who did not like the spoof, I thought it was funny. It would not impact kids.
In summary, after a slow start, I laughed a lot, loved the voice-overs and the action, and enjoyed watching all the animal actors. And, it is a CLEAN movie. Make sure you stay for the credits - you will laugh!
p.s. Don't let my age fool you. I am a very "young" 60+. Remember, 60 is the new 40 :)

I didn't love this movie, but to be fair, I often don't care for these types of animal movies. The bird definitely had the best lines and delivery, so the movie wasn't a total flop. My four year old asked every 15 minutes when we could leave -- he generally doesn't start asking until near the end of the movie, but asked from the beginning of this one. My five year old seemed to like it enough that she wasn't antsy to leave until the end (and she generally sits well through the whole movie). All in all, not for us.

Both my granddaughter and I liked this movie, I haven't been to a 3d one lately. Movie Theater is VERY CLEAN, I had bought the wrong tickets and the show had no problem at changing them in for the 3D show.

My three kids (ages 3-10) LOVED this movie. I went only for their sake and it wasn't as lame as I though it would be and not at all the torture-for-adults that I imagined it would be. It you go with the expectations that it is a movie aimed for the under 12 crowd you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I took our 5 year old son to see this movie and the three of us giggled practically 75 % of the movie. Yes, it has a lot of adult humor but I know my son enjoyed it very much, as he too laughed a lot. Is it a rental maybe but to see it on a big screen with the right sound was pretty good. There are spoofs from other movies incorporated in this one. And knowing who are the voices of the animals makes the character even funnier.

Cute film for kids and the 'inner-child' in adults! A spy movie about dogs and cats having to get along to get rid of the top evil cat who wants to make humans hate ALL dogs. A lot of laughs thoughout! If you are a serious type person, you probably won't like it at all... If you are kid at heart, and want to spend extra time with your kids...this is a good movie to see! It's not 'great', but a good fun movie to enjoy!

It was okay for a rental, but I would never pay full price to see it in the theater. Wasn't as funny we thought it would be. Wait for the DVD release and rent it--for adults and older kids. For the younger set, I'm sure they would like it--plenty enough laughs for 12 and under.

Great silly movie that picks from many action/adventure/spy movies. I laughed at many references to movies I enjoyed. My sons who are 3 and 6 loved it too. They like the talking animals and all the action. Just enough for their age, but not scary like other movies/shows in the youth action/adventure genre. I'd recommend it for folks with kids younger than 7 b/c I do think it might get a little boring for older kids.

I loved the first movie and I'm a big fan of silly movies that do no more than entertain you. The opening credits made me howl as I'm a huge James Bond fan and Bette Midler as Kitty Galore was the best choice they could have gotten. She has the best evil laugh! My 5 yr. old and 2 1/2 yr old enjoyed the movie. I thought it was entertaining as well. Lots of action, goofy humor, talking animals. Kids really enjoyed the youtube clips at the end.

Hard to go wrong with a kids movie about Cats and Dogs, where animals talk and fly and there are good and bad animals. Well, it gets some stars. Dialogue is clever, some good special effects, plot was loose. Target audience should be above 6, as there are some edgy spots with snarling dogs and a few little scary cats. The boy loved it, (age 6) his girl friend (age 5) wanted to go home half way through. Boy says "Best special movie in his whole life". Good simple entertainment. Me, the parent, is split. Doesn't try to be great, .but could be a little softer on the edges. In sum, .actually just simple fun. No need to be revitted..... Should be more movies like this, but a little softer on the edges.

This was an entertaining children's movie. The three children I took to see it laughed throughout the movie (2 boys ages 9 and 7 and a girl age 3 1/2). Although at times they didn't quite understand some of the humor. This movie is for children.
