I really enjoyed Alice in Wonderland, it was a great choice for my 1st 3D movie. However it was SO oversold that we had to sit in the very front section at the IMAX so i think i didn't get quite as good of a view as others might have... really awesome graphics, and good movie all together!

Overall a good movie. The story was not as I excpected but not bad. The visual effects of the movie are fantastic and in 3D they look even better. Kids will love this movie and adults will enjoy it as well. I would say it could go either way as to seeing it in the theater but I would give it a solid rent and possible buy.

It was definitly worth my time. The characters were interesting- Helena Bonham Carter was a great red queen- the 3D experience was cool (but they could have utilized better, you almost forgot it was in 3D after awhile) and the scenery was beautiful. The storyline could have been a little more interesting- but with such lively characters, it still kept my attention.

I went into this movie with no expectations and, honestly, thinking it would be very bad. I went because a group of my friends was going. With no expectations for a good movie, I found the movie to be pretty descent. It was a good plot and was a nice continuation of the story of Alice. I and my family loved this movie. The 3D was gorgeous and our teens thought it was the best movie ever. The imagery and the sets are so colorful and elegant. It is a film that if you love color and beauty it is one to watch. The story line is okay it isn't mind twisting pretty basic but its sets and costumes are so fantastic you are willing to ignore the simple storyline. I give the film a five stars and will most definitely purchase it for our family collection.

My daughters and I saw this movie yesterday in the iMax... my daughter's depiction of this movie? AWESOME MOM!
My daughters, as well as myself loved the original Alice in wonderland, and could not wait for this version to come out. Johnny Depp does the Mad Hatter proud and Mia Wasikowska is a wonderful twist on the original Alice.
No slow spots, and lots of surprises at every turn. The IMAX experience made it all the better, with my daughter reaching out before her to try and touch the various things that seemed to be right in front of her.
I would definately see this movie again, and will buy it as soon as it is released for sale on BlueRay or DVD.

I originally left slightly disappointed because I went in with very high expectations. The movie didn't live up to those. It did however keep my interest throughout. All of the characters were well written and Johnny Depp was in true form. The visuals were stunning and the 3D Imax experience was awesome. I loved the costumes. This movie was amazing in IMAX 3-D, but the movie itself is nothing like what I was expecting. It's really hard to criticize a movie like this one, because its supposed to be crazy and illogical. Overall, this is a happy movie and you can enjoy it with your friends or lover for a nice sunny weenkend (What I actully did yester day :)) The reason why I don't think it is stunning is I don't get highed after seeing it. A stunning movie should give people something unusual: like Inglorious Basterds, Up in the air .... Of course, the fantasy is not easy to intriger such feeling:) So it is best used as a afternoon tea instead of sumptuous dinner.

This movie is without a doubt one of the greatest Tim Burton films I've seen so far. Of course, Tim Burton IS a genius, so that was to be expected. I love the fact that it was done in 3D, that gave it the extra Tim Burtoness. This one will definitely be put with my favorites from Tim Burton. I saw this movie with my family this weekend in IMAX 3D. The effects were amazing. I would not suggest seeing it any other way. There were a few scary scenes that may be too much for younger viewers, but it was a great movie.

Seeing this movie in the Imax 3-d was the best picture I have seen in a while. Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway are amazing. It is NOT for kids under 12 but it is a must see in IMAX 3-D!!

Our little family really loved this movie. We experienced it in 3D on the Imax. Our 10 year old daughter is a HUGE Tim Burton fan and she says it's his best work to date. Our daughter enjoys dark movies and scary creatures so this movie didn't bother her a bit. Great family fun. Mom and Dad didn't hate it! That's always good!
