3D IMAX is the ONLY way to see this movie. It's like being in Wonderland with all the characters. The effects were fantastic. I would recommend seeing this movie to anyone who loves the Alice in Wonderland story and wants a new spin on the classic.

We saw the movie in IMAX 3D and sat on the second row _the movie was sold out_ It was totally awesome. It felt as if we were in the movie. Things came at us, flew over us, went past us, etc. Even got a little motion sick lol RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!! I was shocked to see no children. It was mostly teens and adults. GO DISNEY, TIM, AND JOHNNY!

Alice in Wonderland was a very well made movie. It is not to violent for the kids and with Tim Burton, he puts his little twisted look in it. He did not Dissapoint. Jonny Depp again played the part as the Mad Hatter like no one else could. The supprise of the whole movie was the Cheshire Cat..... Simply awesome. Thumbs Up on this one. BTW IMAX 3D made the movie jump out at you. No better way to watch it.

A good movie with a bizarrely modern ending. An interesting take on an oft-heard tale.
The 3D tech is absolutely there. The only downside is I wear glasses and the 3D visor pushes them into my nose. Perhaps have a different, deeper set of 3D visors for people who wear glasses.
If you have thirteen year old girls this is a must. They'll love it and there's enough for you that you'll enjoy it.
One last thing; the price. It cost thirty bucks for the two of us. My understanding is that theaters break even on the flick; they make their money on popcorn and drinks. Because of the cost we didn't even buy a water. Theaters, make sure you negotiate with the studios to leave enough money on the table for your survivability...

I've lived long enough to see all the previous versions of Alice, Disney's all cartoon version was the best until now. Missed the Walrus and the Carpenter, but all the other favorites were will done. Loved the Cat. And of course the Mad Hatter was over the top.

I thoroughly enjoyed Tim Burton's adaptation of this classic tale. IMAX 3-D is absolutely incredible. I felt so immersed n the picture. There were actually moments that felt as if things were flying past my head. As a story, it was excellent. Tim Burton has once again proven himself to be a master at his trade. The casting was excellent. I especially enjoyed Helena Bonham-Carter's role as the Red Queen. This is a must see for any fans of Burton or Depp. Some scenes may be a bit intense for the really young ones.

Disney surprisingly allowed the collaboration of Tim Burton's dark instincts and Johnny Depps exceptional talent for the right blend of believable quirky-ness to create this film. It works. Yet another quirky, fun, feeling movie from Tim Burton & Johnny Depp. The movie had a heroic aspect to it as well, especially in the battle scene. But it doesn't take itself too seriously, and allows the audience to go through a wide range of emotion. Johnny Depp is excellent in the role of the Mad Hatter, giving the character more depth and feeling than in previous adaptations of Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass. The 3-D IMAX experience serves to bring the viewer even further into the story, something already accomplished by the depth of the characters as written and portrayed in Tim Burton's version of this classic tale!

I am still stunned of Alice in Wonderland IMAX 3D, absolutely fantastic, of course; but much more. I think that Tim Burton is a genius and Jonny Depp, a great artiste. I loved it. It was spectacular and sensational.
I went by myself, I bought my individual pop corn, drink and candy and enjoyed myself thoroughly. From the very beginning was smart and original. Utterly artful. Every character depicted to perfection.
It sounds like an exaggeration but that is what I got.

This movie had amazing visual effects but the plot was a little weak. I would have rather this been a re-make of the original instead of a sequel, but I love Tim Burton and would recommend this to anyone just for the visual effects and Johnny Depp's acting. ...but not as much as most (I say most only because I haven't seen all of them) of Johnny Depp's movies. I'm not a big Tim Burton fan, so it was better than most for him. Helena Bonham Carter was wonderful. My teenagers enjoyed it very much.

This was an incredible movie. Johnny pulls it off with ease. The special effects, especially in 3 D was great. I prefer this one over Avatar anyday!!

This movie was wonderful and seeing it is 3D IMAX is the way to go. Great story and all the actors did a great job. I would definitely see it again.
