It was great watching what a kind, talented person Michael was. We were impressed with how good he was at knowing his music and exactly how he wanted it. He must have been a wonderful person to work with - everyone looked like they loved him. I don't care what people believe about his personal life, they have to give him the credit for being an awesome singer and performer!!! It is such a shame that his life ended so un-needlessly and remembering that, while watching him, is sad. I am so glad we saw this and will definitely buy the DVD.

This movie shows how incredibly polite and kind this wonderful person was. His concert would have been amazing. He did not only have talent, but he truly understood what his fans wanted, and how to be great. He truly understood the dynamics of his music.
I would love to see this again before the 2 weeks is up. It was well worth every penny. I smiled, I laughed, we got a glimpse of Michael that the media Never provided. It is sad to know he is gone, but this movie shows just where he went.

OK, I must admit, I was sort of dragged to this movie by my girlfriend and her niece. I was expecting to see MJ singing on stage and doing that incredibly annoying thing where he covers the right side of his mouth due to the way the surgeries had left it looking (not good) and of course, lipsinking. I was expecting some lame attempt to show how MJ is just a 'normal' person. Wel, I did not expect to be saying this, but......I was VERY impressed with MJ and the way this movie was put together. He is singing every song and singing them VERY well too. He was in fact VERY normal in this video. A man very much in tune with his music and the messages he wanted it to convey to his fans.

I'm just surprised that they didn't figure out a way to do the concerts without Michael in honor of this musical genious. As an aside, I don't believe for a second that he ever harmed a kid. His only downfall was that he never grew up like everyone else and he was stuck inside an adult's costume that he had difficulty making fit. Did he say or do stupid things by adult standards? Yes, without a doubt. But none of us are perfect. And I dare say that he did more good for humanity than most of us combined will ever do. His music inspired 1000s, perhaps millions of people to enter the world of theatre and arts. His inspiration will live on. He truly was the King of Pop.

This movie was fantastic and brought back a lot of memories. I was a young kid that had a thriller t-shirt, a Michael Jackson's wallet, and parachute pants, 2 pair. MJ was somebody truly extraordinary! This movie provided so much more insight to who Michael was in contrast to what many portrayed him to be. He wanted his shows to be "just right" and everyone working in the show HAD to be on point. And as MJ said it was done with L O V E. He was a modest kind man with a heart of GOLD. He gave us so much and though he had every right to be bitter, he wasn't because he was prepared to give us so much more. There will be NEVER be another Michael Jackson.

This Is It was a truly magical film, especially in light of the horrific, unspeakable fate of the King of Pop. This was no ordinary movie. The fact that all of the rehearsal footage would be his last time on stage was overwhelmingly disheartening and hard to grasp. Throughout the 2 hours, I kept thinking, "I just can't believe he's gone!!" This reality gave the movie that much more meaning and profoundness. I was able to see a different side of MJ -- the warm, passionate, loving, humorous, brilliantly artistic side. I would DEFINITELY recommend this movie to anyone and everyone!! RIP, MICHAEL!!!!

This was a great movie. It truly shows that MJ was back on top. It is sad that his talent is now gone. After watching it, I believe he was ready to do this preformance for his fans. I watched it last night and woke up this morning still with this feeling of missing the best artist and performer ever. It shows not only an awesome artist, so aware of every little detail, but a sweet soul so down to earth and humble. No matter what they say; MJ was an espectacular human being; and you can see it in this movie. It is beautifully edited and shows just what it needs to be shown. I felt like I was right there watching all the rehearsing and feeling the enthusiasm around it. It is very sad to think we missed the greatest show ever; but at least, we have the fortune of watching THIS IS IT now. So much talent! What a voice! He was so so much alive so into his work! I am the same age as Michael Jackson and I was as mesmerized by him at 50 as I was at 8. The talent and humbleness all entwined. What a lucky group of people from THIS IS IT to have such an experience with him. We saw how supportive, loving and encouraging he was to all of them. Awesome behind the scenes. Makes you feel like you're there. Looks at Michael's personality which is gentle, loving, caring and supportive of those working with him. Probably the most talented entertainer of this century. He knew all aspects of the business and was very involved in this final concert. What a GREAT loss for all of us who love music. HE WAS A GENIUS!!!

This was the first time in a long time I watched something about Michael Jackson and didn't have to shake my head and think poor michael, he's so messed up. I particularly liked his interaction with the other performers and technicians. I hope his doctors all go to jail.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but my first reaction was - WOW!I To me, it felt like a documentary, which I did not at all expect. But it was the most interesting "documentary" I had ever seen! MJ was pretty quirky later in his life but this movie shows what a brilliant musician and showman he really was. It was also facsinating to see how a major concert gets put together these days.

Being a huge MJ fan my whole life, I must say I'm more saddened that the world did not get to see the actual concert. It would have been a remarkable comeback; like nothing ever seen on stage! The movie was put together well, showing the transformation of 1 sound or 1 dance move into a huge, harmonic, and perfected production. Michael did not play, he truly loved his fans and this show was all about us!! I am thankful this movie was released, but there is still no closure, just want more!! I miss him!

I took my nine year old niece to see this movie, and she (and myself) absolutely loved it. Throughout the entire film we were entirely engaged with the movie and at the end all I wished for was more. Even though it is two hours long, they just seem to fly by as you get involved with the dancing and music. I really loved how they incorporated almost every hit song of his, including hits from Jackson 5. Michael's presence and dedication to this concert cannot be doubted once you see the energy he put into this. I am definitely looking forward to the DVD of this movie.

I truly enjoyed the movie. I think it showed Michael as the real person that he was. He treated others with respect and compassion. He was humble and full of love for others and for God's planet. He will be missed.
