The movie was absolutely wonderful and sad at the same time. The realization that such a outstanding entertainer is no longer with us hit me a couple of times throughout the movie. I just saw the movie with my 12 year old daughter and 80 year old neighbor. We all loved it! It made you want to dance, cry, and we clapped all through it. It really showed what a genius, talent, and entertainer MJ is. He is truly the greatest talent of all times. He is such a caring, compassionate, and geniune person. It showed all throughout the film. I want to see it again. Everyone should see and enjoy this film. It is a once in a life time event.

Good Movie for MJ fans. Slow in some areas. Dance scenes and music are great and he did some great updates to his best songs, Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean and old J5 songs. Would have been a unbelievable concert. The theatre was packed with plenty of people to ruin it - shouting out stuff, singing, talking and on the phones, so be prepared for that. Will make a great keepsake DVD. Overall great movie - wish I was watching it alone though.

I went to this movie with my daughter (who loves MJ) and my husband (not so much a fan) and we all three thoroughly LOVED this movie. To see how much MJ knew about music and be so involved in the overall production was truly inspiring and amazing. I would recommend this movie to anyone. The movie is really undescribable. You have to go see it for yourself. I was deffently awed. teared up and emotionaly sad and happy at the same time. I'm so glad they made this movie! It turned out better than I expected it would, and I'm lucky to have seen it twice. I can't wait until it comes out in DVD. Wow...so sad that this concert was never realized. It would have been phenomenal. I really felt sad for the many people involved in this production that they never got to perform with him in his London shows. That must have been hugely disappointing to all. This movie is well worth your money....Loved it! Bravo!!

Sitting in the theate viewing "This Is It" was the next best thing to attending the concert. The effect that this concert had on me reminded me of the first time I saw "The Wizard of Oz". It totally captivated me to the point where I thought I was in Oz with Dorothy! I felt like I was at the Staple center with Michael...I found myself dancing and singing along, which didn't bother my neighbor because they were too! By the time the credits rolled, I had to remember where I was.
This was to be the greatest concert ever...To bad we never go to see the real thing!

My sister and I grew up with MJ and the The Jackson 5. We went to see This Is It together and we were prepared with our tissues. I found this to be a very rewarding experience. It validated his talent and gifting as well as his heart and his spirit. It is an absolute shame that the world will not be able to experience what appeared to be the most wonderful concert known to man. Michael was so married to his gifting and his fans. He had a truly special relationship with God and it was displayed in This Is It. I can't wait to buy the DVD. I still can't believe he is gone. I am so glad that these last moments were able to be shared with all of us.

I saw This Is It last night. I was going through a roller coaster of emotions. I cried and cried. I laughed and smiled. But I cried more than anything. I loved Michael not for his talent and music only, but so much for his personality. He was full of passion, care, and LOVE. I loved this movie. I sat in awestruck wonder as I listened to MJ sing and watched him dance. This movie also showed the depth of his love for people and the planet. I am glad that I took the time to see this film because I was allowed a glimpse into creative process of a true legend and icon. I love knowing that I came as close as I ever will to seeing MJ in concert. As I wrote that I realized something. Seeing this film is much more personal and more intimate than seeing him in concert. I was allowed inside his world for a brief period of time. That is a powerful and moving feeling. For that reason I think this film is absolutely beautiful!

"This is it" was awesome! I have always been a MJ fan ever since I was a little girl but I never got the chance to see him live! "This is it" was a very well put together documentary of what his concert would have been. As well as it gave you a glimps of the man himself just being who he was! He moved like he was still in his twenties and his voice was perfect! It reminded you just why Michael Jackson was the G.O.A.T... Greatest Of All Times!... I just saw Michael Jackson's This is It movie and I can say I am still mesmerized with what I saw. He is and always will be the essence of what Pop music is all about. He was a genius in every aspect of his music abilities. The audience was filled with emotion and it was like being there at his concert...there was singing and clapping and arms waving in the air. Michael had a vision in his mind of how he wanted to portray his music to his fans and the way he conveyed that to his band members, his dancers and his managers was a wonder to watch. I'm a die-hard fan. So I probably would appreciate the movie regardless if it was poorly mad. But in my opinion, it was simply a most special experience to see Michael up close and personal. ... .seeing him was an affirmation of why I'm such a fan and why I have always had a connection to him

I felt like the movie gave us an oppportunity to see Michael the person, someone we never really were able to see. The way that he interacted with the people in the crew, the ability he had to let his people shine. Mostly, I enjoyed just seeing that after everything that we have heard, he still had it!! May he rest in peace he did his children proud.

I could see what a great concert this would have been. At the end of two hours, I could have sat through two more. It was fascinating to see how the ideas take shape and to watch a musical genius at work. This movie is a must see for everyone who loved Michael.

Good use of my $10, no one would go with me so I went alone. It was great to see MJ in action, he was a true showman. It would of been awesome if the concert would've happened- the 3D effects looked really amazing!! I thought he looked & sounded good. Great that they had all the rehearsal footage!!! MJ will live on in our hearts forever!

I thought that the movie was AWESOME!!! I never had the opportunity to see Michael Jackson in concert..but always wanted to - another reason why everyone should treat each day as if it were the last.. I never made the time - and the time passed. The opportunity died with his demise. sad. I still can't believe that he's no longer here - but his songs will live on. Thank you Michael Jackson...bless you.
