What an AMAZINGLY PHENOMENAL production. Especially considering that it was not originally intended to be a movie. Though I used to be a HUGE Jackson 5 fan and early Michael fan . . . he started to lose me in his later years. This movie not only reminded me as to why I used to love him so but it helped me gain a renewed sense of his genious, precision, creativity and most importantly, his genuine kindness for all and humble demeanor. I sang, danced and cried all at the same time. GO SEE THIS MOVIE !!!!!!

Fantastic. Watching this took me back to Michael during his prime. I was blessed to see him perform live once and this really reminded me that he was the best performer that lived. Seeing his hand in all details of the performance showed everyone that he was on top of it. This really was it!! We miss you MJ.

It was truly to be a remarkable show. I was amazed at the group of talent that he had assembled for this production. My heart went out to them for the work and effort that they put into the show their big break dashed by hopeless drug dependency. An impressive insight into the preparation, inspiration and attraction that MJ had for actors, dancers, musicians and singers. He did it all so well and was admired by the best in their respective fields. It demonstrated the love and inspiration that MJ had for these artists and more so theirs for him. Disappointing that it was a bit fragmented with few full dress rehearsal scenes or full-on performances. A great tribute to a remarkable performer.

This movie was wonderful. Michael Jackson would have blown you away if this concert series had taken place. His voice was incredible and he still had the moves. Take someone who isn't into Michael Jackson with you to see it. They will have a new respect for him. This movie let's us see a glimpse of the man he was, always giving L.O.V.E. and professional. Watching this movie makes you realize the full genius of Michael Jackson. He wrote almost all of his most famous songs, he choreographed the dances in the videos,and he was the prime force behind the creation of his concert tours. Lots of his music, lots of dance, lots of watching Michel's work perfecting the "This is It" tour that, unfortunately, never happened. Excellent movie!

I have been lucky in my live to see Michael Jackson preform three times and in each time im left spellbound... embossed with goosebumps.. I got the same feeling while watching this movie. This movie not only lets you get a "behind the scenes" look at him but it also makes you remember all of those songs and what you were doing when they came out.. And to see his true genus at work and play, It was a great experience to relive that again.

Since Michael Jackson's tragic death, many have speculated that if he had lived he wouldn't have been able to perform. They say he was too drugged up or too sickly. This movie proves that MJ was in good health, able to dance like a man half his age, and though he was trying not to sing too hard, you can tell that his perfect pitch was still there. It's a shame that the world will never get a chance to see the show he was putting together. He knew what he wanted and it would have been great.

I am in awe of Michael and the talent he shows in this movie. It appears that he was healthy, happy and very excited about the upcoming concert tour. The songs were spot on and some of them sounded better than they did 20 years ago. His dancing was fabulous, of course, and the Thriller song was going to be an absolute hit with the audience because of the special effects. I called everyone as soon as I left the theater and told them to go see it. Makes me sad to think that his life was cut short when he was just starting out on a new venture with such enthusiasm and drive for perfection. He will surely be missed !!

I am almost speechless after watching this film, there is so much to say and I don't know where to start. This Is It, is absolutely right, it IS "IT". Thee "IT"! Michael was one of the most extraordinary people that has lived in my lifetime, and I am so grateful to have been a part of his era, to see and hear who he was, and now, to have it all solidified forever in this film, though I much prefer to have him back. We loved This Is It. The movie illustrates MJ's brilliance at showmanship, his gifts of dance and music, and his love for mankind and the planet. The high level of talent in the show is evidenced here, so at least the world will get to see some of that on display. The musicians and the dancers are unbelievably talented and we were blown away by the prowess of the young female guitarist, Orianthi.

After watching this movie, you can cetainly see how much energetic and ready is MJ is for the tour. all the talk and news about his not being ready prove to be wrong. He is a born performer.

I left the theater with a feeling of "wow." Just "wow." Michael Jackson was so incredibly talented, and this movie shows a backstage glimpse into the planning of his final concert series. Don't expect anything in terms of plot. This was basically a conglomeration of videos shot during the auditions and rehearsals for the greatest concert series ever that, unfortunately, was never to be. What a treat to be able to watch this side of Michael. I had tears in my eyes when it ended. I am going to see it again today.

Amazing movie, I absolutely loved it and so did my husband who I thought might be bored. I loved seeing how they set up each song/act. It was nice to see Michael shine after so much coverage about how badly he was doing. His lips and nose looked very unusual but when he was dancing and singing I hardly noticed. This would have been an awesome concert!
