The movie was excellent! It not only was a concert of all our favorites but an insight into the man we came to love. It showed how he had a vision for his fans to see when he was on stage and how he wouldn't accept anything until that vision was met. People that didn't love MJ will gain a new respect for him as an artist. As famous and great as Micheal was, this movie shows how humble and human he was as well. The world has lost one of the greatest. We miss you Michael!

I would actually only recommend this movie to anyone who actually likes his music (which I do). It's just basically all the rehearsal. I thought it would end up being one of my favorite movies but it's not :(

The MJ movie was amazing! It was interesting see him at work, teaching the dancers and musicians how to do it!!!
During the rehearsals his voice sounded great! His body looked frail. In the movie he was not dancing as fast as he did when I saw MJ live many years ago. But, for someone 50 years old he was amazing.
He seemed very professional, direct and in control of the rehearsals. He was an amazing artist, wonderful teacher and an exceptional performer. Go see the movie!!

I have wondered over the past decade whether Michael Jackson had lost some of the 'it' factor. This movie chronicles the rehearsals leading up to his scheduled tour, and brings us recent footage of Michael in action. Know this: Michael had not lost one iota of his vocal talent, dance ability, passion, or charisma. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was still "all Michael", just weeks before his death. Yet, the movie left me with deep sadness. He was still an amazing performer, and had so much left to share with the world. We were robbed of the chance to experience him once again, as a live performer. The world has lost an amazing artist, the likes of which we will never see an equal to, ever again.

This film was riveting from beginning to end. I am so glad this came out to prove all those people wrong about Michael not wanting to do this concert and his health. He dances and sings throughout, and proves to be the beyond consummate professional. This is first movie where I've seen little kids dancing at their seats, and no one wanting to leave until all the credits ran. I could have watched 2 more hours worth.

It was SO AMAZING!! Oh he had people laughing and singing and clapping through the whole thing! My seat was jerking the whole time cause no one could sit still through all the energy and music and dance.
I of course had wet eyes through the whole thing but i would definitely go see it again and i WILL buy a copy of This Is It for my home collection. It's just too good to see only once.
The concerts were going to be the most amazing thing to ever hit the stage, as Michael Jackson has done repeatedly. Unfortunately time ran out for our King Of Pop. But this movie is the best way i could ever think of for the world to see him at his best one last time...to see the Genious inside the man.

I truly enjoyed this movie. I think Kenny Ortega did Michael justice in this final look at the great Michael Jackson. Those who may have been doubters about him and his talent will be blown away at how masterfully he takes control of his show. This was a wonderful video diary of Michael Jackson's last few months. He was an amazing talent and man. He was meticulous and loving at the same time. I highly recommend anyone of any age seeing it. I only wish it as longer, I didn't want it to end.
Each of his songs brought back memories of my life and I will never forget him!

AWESOME! Music and Dancing were incredible! Shows a completely different side of Michael Jackson. I don't see how anybody could walk out of the theatre and not have a different perspective on him. Truly a remarkable film and I would definitely buy the DVD.

Great movie. Amazing felt like we were there! Made us feel like we got to know the King of Pop personally. Nostalgic, upbeat but a little sad in the end knowing it would never happen.
