If you are an artist of any sort, this movie shows you why he was the best. He expected perfection, needed perfection, and attained it. He was humble through out, but also wanted to make sure everything was how he envisioned it. His musical genius had such a broad range, which is why he was and is the best. This movie is best for fans. Just rehersal footage, and Michael not in full voice. It's a shame we never got to see his real concert. The footage gets tedious after a while. Sadly, no big "boom" at the end, making you want more. A curiosity (for sure) for people who could never go or afford one of his concerts.

Awesome! I was shocked by the finesse of Michael's movements and voice after all these years. Watching him direct every single detail of the project with so much intensity, attention to detail and LOVE was just magical. I was a bit dissapointed that he did not moonwalk in Billie Jean but the incredible Thriller and Smooth Criminal performances made up very well for it. However, seeing him perform so intensely reminded me of why he is not with us anymore. I do believe he was too hard on himself. I cried at the end when the new song played and I didn't want to leave my seat. It was a jaw dropping yet sad experience.

The movie showed M.J.'s tireless efforts to perfectionism. His knowledge of music shows how he is able to look at all aspects of the performances and look for the imperfections and improve them. If you have to put closer on Michael's death, as I did, this is the documentary to see. He was so full of life and his talent will never be matched. I have been a fan since day one (we are the same age), and I felt a need to see him in the end. Loved every minute of it. I am also happy that the many dancers and musicians that would have been part of this tour were also displayed and we were able to see the incredible talent and time put into this show. Thanks to this film I feel he and his music will live forever - Love you MJ!!!

I was energized by the entire presentation. You could tell that all the young people that were selected to be a part of this was thrilled to no end, even when they weren't on stage. It was awsome. I would go see it again......I'm glad it is being extended so hopefully, everyone will get a chance to go. I really like the part where M.J. mentions his siblings and his mother and tells them he loves them.

For those of us who never got the chance to see MJ in a concert, "This Is It" movie gave us that one last chance. Seeing MJ performing throughout the entire movie gave me the goosebumps. He could've just lip sing because that was just rehearsal, but he pored his heart and soul in every single song he sang, each one of them being qualified as a professional performance. The movie can easily be considered a documentary rather than a movie.

Michael was wonderful and in total control of how the show would play out. He looked, sounded and moved as he did 20 years ago. It’s no surprise to see his kindness, gentleness and sense of humor during this process. Michael also focused on letting others shine. Michael encouraged people to do their best, give their all. That is Michael. The set list was incredible. There were new variations on some songs, but yet some of the original arrangements were still in place. The musicians, singers, dancers were amazing. The editing was done very well. You really saw Michael perform. While he was conserving his voice in many of the songs, he still sounded amazing. Michael was ready for his tour in London; there was no doubt about that. Thank you.

I am overwhelmed. Michael Jackson was very analytical and a perfectionist when it came to his performances & productions. No wonder he is successful. What a beautiful soul...we don't find rich and famous as humble as him anymore. If he liked what he heard he would say "God Bless You.". If he didn't, "It's not there yet. But we'll get there. It's all for love.". Who was this person? I won't focus on how people ridiculed him when he was alive--This Is It gives you a glimpse of what he strove for. Why he is a mastermind in his field. Immensely talented and blessed, Michael never took it for granted. He loved us all. If you feel the same way then you will enjoy This Is It. Because that is exactly what the movie is about. His love. God Bless.

I really, really enjoyed seeing this movie! Just having a glimpse of the concert would have been by far the greatest most phenomial tours in the world! He is the King of Pop and will be the greatest entertainer who ever lived in this lifetime! Please go see! We will miss MJ but look forward to seeing him again due to the resurrection hope.

It was so cool to see MJ performing all his old dance moves to his hit songs. The stage set and production were so awesome. "This Is It" would've been the concert of a lifetime! It makes me so sad that it was not to be. But this was the next best thing! After the movie I felt as if I'd seen him in concert, in a way. A phenomenal performer.
