Very nice documentary. Nice to see Michael behind the scene. He was such a perfectionist, but he comes across as a kind person during rehearsals. I am just disappointed that I couldn't see the finished project with costumes and all. It would have been great!!!

I can truly say I have never walked out of a movie feeling excited, energized, sad, depressed, and in awe ALL AT ONCE!!! I took my eight year old daughter so she could see what I got to see growing up......an extremely talented and precious gift Michael Jackson truly was. I absolutely loved it. Michael Jackson was a true artist. This let you see what went into his shows. This concert would have been the most spectacular show ever. It really made me miss MIchael even more. Kenny Ortega did a really good job of putting it together and MIcahel would have put on one heck of a show! Something about this movie is wonderful, uplifting and inspiring. It makes you want more of him. Sadly it makes individuals appreciate a true artist. I was truly heartbroken when Micheal Jackson passed away. It was like losing a dear family member. So I was really excited when I heard about the movie. i got my ticket online for fear of it being sold out during the first week. I enjoyed seeing Micheal putting together a show that he knew his fans like me would enjoy. I enjoyed seeing him not only joke around with the other performers but be patient when things were not where he would like them to be for the show. He will be truly missed by me but never forgotten.

A truly amazing movie. Did I move and sway to the awesome music? Of course, it's great stuff. But it's also a truly important film. I went for two reasons, first because I never was able to see him live in concert before, and second to see if all the hype about him not being able to do the 50 concerts,,, There was nothing wrong with him,,, He is FULL of life and energy!
The music, singing, and dancing, while rehearsals was OUTSTANDING.
I am truly sorry I never was able to see him LIVE on stage. So sad that he has passed.

once you settle into watching this movie, if you are a diehard fan, the tears will start. my advise would be to wipe them away and take in every minute of this is it. it doesn't seem to be a 2 hour movie and you will find yourself saying is it over already. that is probably when the tears will start again...because while his music and our love for him will live forever, in so many ways, this is it!!

This movie captured what I'd sort of forgotten about Michael Jackson through the years, with all the media attention on his personal life; that he's a genius performer and entertainer. Clearly, at age 50, he works harder than everyone else around him. He's note-perfect: his dancing is flawless. While we kept our focus on all the other stuff, he was working to maintain his art so, when we were ready to move beyond the media hype and the made-up stories, he could take us back to when we were better people and sweep us off our feet again. This movie sort of slapped me across the face and made me realize just how much we lost when we lost him.

I knew that I would like this movie because I had heard a lot of reviews. But this was AMAZING! MJ was so dedicated to his music and fans. He was humble and kind.
This was the MJ that we never got a chance to see. Here, he was in his element and very confident.
If 25% of the people in 50% of the world had his work ethic, the world would be 200% better!
