Excellent movie! Michael Jackson took his most famed videos that we have seen over and over again and reinvented them on stage with a new spin. The audience is used to getting a polished, finished product from MJ, but this time in THIS IS IT, we get a chance to witness Michael's music in the making. This is something we NEVER get to see. We get to see how much of himself was given to his fans through his music-making process. It's absolutely awe-inspiring for the Michael Jackson fan. This was a true insight into what Michael was really like.We had no idea he had such a great understanding of the producttion end of a performance and that he remembered every note of his music and every move in his choreography. Kenny Ortega should be praised for providing such an awesome insight into the the creative process of the greatest entertainer of all time. The editing was spectacular. The sound was clear and crisp and Michael sounded amazing. It is a must see.

I would recommend this movie to everyone.If you are a Michael Jackson fan or not.It was absolutely amazing to watch.I smiled most of the time and just watching him made me want to get up and dance.Quite the artist.It is such a sad tragedy that he died.My daughter is a huge fan of his and she is still heart broken.I wish they would have given us more to watch.I didn't want to leave the theatre when it was over.

It was so refreshing to see MJ in his artistic element. He was so clear in his vision of the show, and he was on top of all aspects of it: music, choreography, technical, etc.. I have seen many of his shows over the years, but it was always the finished product. It was a real treat to see the making of this show. It would have been his best ever, and that is truly saying something. The film made me see what a kind and gentle man he was as well as what a phenomenal artist. I will miss him forever.

This was Michael at his best! Getting to see these rare backstage moments and him in his element was amazing. How loving he was even when has correcting someone just showed how much he cared about people. I cried during the movie especially when he did Human Nature. I didn't want to leave the theater at the end; I wanted more. It's sad that he's "Gone to Soon"

If you have ever been a MJ fan, you will indeed want to to see him in his last days. It would have been a great concert. This was the most phenomenal portrayal of MJ which shows his Genius and professionalism. He is in every element of this would-have-been concert. Dancing, music, effects, etc. You see all of his humanity and heartfelt compassion for children and this world. When the movie started and the brief story came up on the screen of why the movie was made, you could hear a pin drop. Everyone was into the movie, clapping, cheering and telling Michael that we loved him. It was very emotional and probably the best movie i've ever seen.

Michael is absolutely AMAZING!!! with emphasis on BRILLIANT!! His music, his moves, just BRILLIANT. There's really nothing else to say, except the world has lost a great person and artist. He WILL be missed.

This It Is was a fantastic show! MJ's genius is clearly shown in not only the diversity of the performances but also in the overall feel of the production. It wasn't perfect; there were things that, as a fan of the 80's MJ, I found disappointing or not up to his standard. His movements were often stiff - but to be fair...these are only rehearsals and he was deliberately holding back (with the vocals too). Still, despite the holding back it was awe-inspiring. It was well cut, there were some short interviews with cast and crew throughout and they were well placed and appropriate. There's also bits where Michael's talking to different folks and you can see that he's very intuitive and very sharp. Just a tip, stay til the very end.

This definately was a 2hr concert on a big screen! It was AMAZING!!! Ive been listeneing to MJ since i was little and his music is just amazing. Its so powerful and moving.
