I loved loved loved this documentary! It has ALL of MJ's best songs and certainly shows a side of him that most people forgetten -- the artist!!! It is just such a shame that his concert never made it to the fans, but it is evident it would have been a show-stopper! If you love music, dancing, and Michael Jackson, you will LOVE this movie!

'This is it' was a beautiful collage of Michael Jackson's last work in progress. If the tour had taken place it would have been the BEST concert ever! This movie was awesome! I'm a huge fan so I knew i would like it, but after I saw it, I LOVED it! It shows a different side of the superstar that has talent above all others. It is a depiction of the man we grew to love minus all the negativity the media wants to use to cloud our view. He didn't look frail, didn't look drugged; he looked and sounded like a performer in his element! I will see it again and recommend it highly!

First of all I was surprised that the director was one of the producers and choreographers of Dirty Dancing and Salsa. This movie is great. Reminds you of the legacy MJ left for the world and what we missed out on due to his untimely departure. My kids - 9 & 2 yrs. old - and my hubby and I both loved it. Wonderful! I'm a HUGE MJ fan. As soon as the movie started I began to cry. It shows MJ as he really is. Caring, loving, completely involoved, incredibile talent on SO many levels. It was incredible to get a behind-the-scenes look at what all went into preparing for what would have been Michael's come-back performance. It would've been more than just a concert - more like a full-production Broadway show ! I almost feel like I was there watching the concert myself. This movie reminds us of what a talent Michael was in every sense, and what a loss to the music/dancing world ! Such a shame that one day he is singing and dancing and rehearsing, looking like he's in great shape, and yet a few hours later he is gone !

Saw it for the 2nd time last nite....this time I only cried during the old school J5 songs.....b4 cried at the begining of the movie....that show would have been like no concert we have ever seen!...there will never be another MJ...I'm thinking about seeing it again...Thriller is my fav...I got and up danced....R I P We Love You Too!!!

If only the concert had happened..this would have been the concert to talk about for ages....Kenny Ortega is great but it's also evident from the movie that Michael had a big part in the design and was so much more talented than just a singer..he was a great entertainer. I hope they sell this on DVD...
