I watched Michael sing as a child with his family, then go out on his own. I was sad to see him have so many problems, as very talented people in the spotllight often have. As I watched the rehearsals in the movie, I saw Michael's genius at work. He knew what he was doing and what he wanted to do. It was more impressive than seeing only the finished product. It was also fascinating watching the very talented musicians and dancers rehearsing with Michael. I think the show would have been his best ever. The world has lost a great talent!

I went to this hoping to catch even the slightest glimpse into the mind of a genius and it delivered. We really lost something special in MJ. He has been trying to deliver a message...many of us have received...but still many of us have yet to get. We need to make a change for all of us. It is getting close to being too late. This "movie" was definetly worth it to see. It was like seeing his concert even though he has passed on. It made me happy, excited, brought back many wonderful memories that his music had brought to me. It also made me sad to know how many people were mean to him and how he just wanted to live a normal life. May he finally rest in peace, he will not be forgotten, EVER!

This Is It is a fabulous movie for MJ fans big and small. It's wonderful to see Michael's creative genius at work. The behind the scenes footage of what goes into an MJ concert is a special treat for fans. Michael definitely still has the dance moves and his voice was wonderful, even though he wasn't singing full out, since it was rehearsal.This movie shows Michael as a human being, something that is often forgotten when talking about Michael. He has a big heart and is such a gentle soul. He will always be the King of Pop.

I never write reviews but I had to for “This Is It!". I went to the movie with 2 of my friends. We didn't know what to expect but we were prepared with our tissues just in case! To our pleasant surprise it was a very positive uplifting movie experience. His final tour was going to be special and he wanted his fans to have an awesome experience! We knew that Michael was talented but this movie went beyond that. It showed the REAL person. His love and passion for God, people, music, the world was pure and true and he was not afraid to express it. The movie showed the "human" side of Michael not just the superstar. His performers and band members were all talented and he gave them the opportunity to shine. He is missed. Rest in peace Michael.

It broke my heart to know this great entertainer would not be with us any more. I saw him when he was 10 yrs old and have watched thru the years as he became the Incredible person he was. My grand daughter, (his biggest fan) cried thru the entire show! I am 62 she is 13! Just shows how many people loved him and from all ages. I still can't believe he is gone!!!!!

I was so moved by this movie -- it cleanly and clearly captured both MJ's supreme talent as an artist and his kindness as a human being. I was tearful to see all this talent knowing it was snuffed out way too early. But mostly I was once again thrilled by the music and oh-so-glad to be left with the images and sounds of a master at work. Aside from having a hard time coming to an end, the movie found a nice balance and was very well done. Yes, Oscar-worthy!

It's really a great movie. You got to see him up close and personal and it answered some questions I had about him. You hear the reports he's weak and frail, you wonder if at age 50 he can still sing the same and dance the same. He looked pretty good to me! Still had the dance moves like he was in his prime and if anything I'd give his voice and singing an A-. Obviously its not the same, but still very very good, hitting those high notes! We definitely lost something special in Michael. Jay will miss you man...

This movie was a wonderful and honorable tribute to Micheal Jackson. One that he would be very proud that all of the world can truly see the person and the performer. Three generations of my family went to see this movie. I felt this movie showed Micheal's personal qualities as well as his magnificient talent. He has touched us all.

While I grew up listening to MJ's music, by the time I got old enough to really appreciate who he was, the reputation he had, tainted my idea of him. I thought he was just a weird guy who had been emotionally scarred by childhood stardom. I never took the time to truly watch, listen and appreciate the 'sizzle'. Watching this movie, I was astounded at the artistry and genius of MJ. I am so glad this film was put together, he was an exceptionally talented man.

what a tribute to the man, his music, his moves and his passions! I walked away loving MJ in so many new ways... his patience, his talent, his love for people and the world. I was amazed at how talented his dancers seemed, and then ten minutes after practicing with him they were like different dancers and the previous dance i thought was amazing was just bland compared to the talent he brought out in them. The change from Michael behind the controls quietly making suggestions to the man who stepped on stage? Amazing... if someone ever loved what they did in life it was Michael Jackson and this movie was perfect in showing us all these things......... excellent! What a legacy to his children has been left with this movie.

I am so glad that this film focused entirely on MJ as a performer/artist. The footage proves that MJ was truly a musical icon with such an imagination! It would've been a fantastic concert! I wish that he would've been able to perform the whole thing from start to finish at least once just so we could've had the full concert experience vs. seeing it in pieces. He was brilliant. The artists on stage and behind the scenes were extremely talented, but even they were star-struck being in the presence of such a legend. MJ was humble and soft-spoken, yet when he spoke you knew he was fully in control of what he wanted. All in all, it was amazing.

This was a great family movie. Michael was still the best.... hard to believe he could still dance like he was in his 20's. It was great to see the other side of him, not just as an entertainer. He was a very humble, nice, caring man who didn't always catch the best breaks in life. I believe he would have done all 50 concerts and would have wowed everyone lucky enough to be able to attend. He was ( and is) a great example of a gentleman. If there were more people like him in the world, it would be a much better place. God bless Michael and his family.

I was so enhralled with the movie. I thought it was excellent. It made me remember Michael as an awesome dancer and singer. He had so much wonderful energy. It is a definite must see. It was also nice to see Michael let the rest of the crew have their minutes of fame.

I enjoyed every moment of it from beg. to end. He is and always will be the best dancer ever. He wasnt even puttin in 100% effort and still looked better than the rest of the dancers. Truely sad that i wasnt able to see this show live!

I can't wait to see this movie again! We get an intimate glimpse of Michael as a man, and an artist! For those of us that would have never seen him in concert; we can all have this wonderful movie! His dance moves were strong, for a man over 50 yrs old they were the same as always- Great! It made me sad to remember all the people who were against him for the past 10 years, and the nay-sayers who didn't beleive that he was actually going on tour. There was a tremdous amount of work that went into this London concert! Can't wait to get the DVD !!

This movie was great. It felt like one was actually at a concert. The sound was tremendous - better than at a concert as sometimes a concert just blasts the music. MJ's voice was still in terrific form. The movie made you want more and hope there is more. I will go see it again before it is gone.
