The movie was wonderful!!!! This movie shows what a talent Michael Jackson was and his music and memory will live on. I'm sure his children and family are extremely proud of what kind of a person he really was. Even after a decade of not performing he still had it, a true entertainer a shining star that will be truly missed. If you are a fan of his go see this movie, even if you were not go and see it and you will see how amazing he really was.

I saw this movie last night and I think I smiled the ENTIRE time! What an amazing way to remember Michael Jackson. He had so much energy and life in him, and he is truly an inspiration! This tour would have been the best concert of the century!!! Every Michael fan must see this!!!

This movie has an awesome choreographer, it's more about the rehearsal for the concert in London. You must watch it in the movie theater because it has a really great and effective sound. It's mostly for fans, because if your not a fan, you are going to seat there and just say : "What am I doing in here ?" The documentary has the best songs. It makes you see his personality, it makes you know him more. I would definitely recommend this movie. An experience of a lifetime.

I just saw this movie last night with my daughter and i must say that i was impressed.
I was extremely happy to see MJ still had it. The documentary was done well and it was a nice point of view.
He was the "King of Pop" and it was nice to finally see that he wasn't the drugged out guy the media made him seem. The energy from that movie was just like seeing him live.
I for one will miss his creativity and professionalism. That is a rare character now a days.
Worth seeing!!!!!

I am a LIFELONG Michael Jackson fan but I did not know what to expect from this movie. I can tell you this movie has done something Michael seemed unable to accomplish prior to his death..... It humanized him.
A lot of people that turned on him in the past are now seeing him in a different light. They see him as a person with emotions and feelings, not just as the KING OF POP. This movie showed how his creative genius factored into every aspect of the planning to entertain his fans. This movie shows just how elaborate and spectacular his tour was going to be. The film was great.

This movie was amazing because it evidences MJ as he truly was, and not in a weak and fragile state. His singing, dancing and boundless energy was clearly apparent, which makes it obvious that the doctor made a grievous error and killed him with an overdose of a lethal medication. The music is awesome in this film. It made me think about how devastating it had to have been on the singers and dancers who worked so hard on this concert and loved him so much. So heartbreaking and tragic. This would have been the most amazing concert ever in history. Such a loss!

I wanted to see the movie because I am a sociologist and his death made such a social impact. However from the begining the image of Micheal Jackson that I had in my mind was changed. I watched the movie with great interest and respect for how talented and creative Micheal Jackson was. I am a creative person as well I have always loved performing and putting productions together. I think the film that was put together from most likely raw footage was excellent. I know from a film makers stand-point how difficult it would be to piece together a film with random footage that was taken durring rehersal. However it flowed great and is a film that I will never forget.

Even though this movie was suppose to document MJ's's 'rehearsals' in preparation for his concert tour, Michael is absolutely PHENOMENAL in EVERY aspect - from his pure, clear, beautiful voice to his perfectly executed dance moves (he can still show up those kids at the age of 50!) - to his very sweet spirit and demeanor! Every song he sang touched me greatly and reminded me of a special time in my life. Worth seeing more than once!!! Kenny Ortega did a magical job in creating this documentary. It hurts me to think "I'll never see him perform live again. May he rest within the beautiful gates of heaven!.

MJ was awesome. I knew he was creative and a great entertainer; however, I was not aware of the magnitude of his creativity. He was awesome to the 10th power. I loved watching him think and work. And I loved watching his feet move. He truly was a producer, director, etc. etc. when it came to music...especially his music. It's an absolutley wonderful movie. I mean, it's the King of Pop, in action! Time flew, and I couldn't believe the movie was over when it was - it felt like it had barely started. This would have been the most amazing concert ever. I am so glad we were able to get a glimpse of the talent involved in making this production. MJ is a unique human who will be missed. I very much enjoyed This Is It! since I have always been a Michael Jackson fan. It showed how intelligent he was not only on stage but behind the scenes as well. I took my niece with me to see this movie. She was not a Jackson fan. She always thought of him as a strange superstar. She thanked me for taking her to see it. My wife bought me the ticket to see this. I'm a musician and love things like this. I was moved by the talent he had working with him. The story of how a show that awesome comes together and then never gets to be. I will always look for other concerts to top this,but they probably won't and I'll always be disappointed. This movie was a wonderful portrayal of how humble and kind of a person Micheal Jackson was. It also showed how much he loves his music and how genious he is. The concerts were going to be great. it's really sad we couldn't have this last piece of MJ. I really loved the movie. Love you forever Micheal.

The movie had some great behind the seens of the rehersals for the tour that would have been. I think he had some great visions and put a lot of work in to his music which showed in the film.

Watching this movie, I could not sit still. The music is so contagious you just want to jump out of your seat. It is so well done and yet so saddening that we will never have his talent again. What a magnificant artist he was.

Had I not known about MJ's drug use, I would never have been able to tell from this movie. He actually looked healthy and was as sharp as a tack. It's too bad these concerts didn't get to take place, because they would have been incredible.

A Michael fan or not, there is no denying the joy that one feels while watching this movie. The energy and aura that Michael exhumes is far beyond anything I have ever experienced in a concert film. For all of those who may have doubts, I suggest that you give the movie a try. You find yourself dancing,laughing and crying all at the same time. From its opening number "Wanna be startin something" to the closing "Man in the mirror" , we are given the exclusive look into the interesting final days of the King of Pop. Michael makes HIStory once again. Long Live the King!

"This Is It" is simply PHENOMINAL!!! No other movie can make you cry, laugh, sing, dance, and stare in total awe/amazement!!! What MJ was going to reveal in the London concerts was total brilliance.....we only see a glimpse of his genious in this film, but just imagine!!!! OH the POSSIBILITIES!!! :) The vision Michael had for this concert will never be completely seen but "This Is It" lets us inside his magical brilliant mind so we can see and feel at least a smidgon of what his concert would've been..... We see the perfectionist, the humble, the eminsly talented Michael in this movie... A MUST see for all fans young and older!!!
