I took my 8 year old son to see it last night. All I have to say is that he has made such an impression on my son...no one will ever compare to how compassionate, giving, and loving this man was. He will always be the King of Pop in my eyes. This video will make you realize that no one will EVER compare to the artist he was. He had part in every little part of the show...you dont see that often. Made me laugh, amazed me, touched me, and made me cry.....stay past the credits! If you have never gone to one of his concerts, you need to go see this in theater. This is the closest you will ever get. I love you Michael!

It made me sad I will never get to see him in concert. I loved the movie because you get to see some little momments where Michael is the boss. He commanded people in a really quiet voice, because it simply it wasn't neccessary to yell. Everyone listened to him without fail. It was neat to see how much effort he put into his performances.

A crying shame the tour was not to be - it would have been a fabulous show - worth every cent for a ticket. Michael surrounded himself with the best, and he knew exactly what he wanted. He was a genius - music and rhythm reverberated in every cell of his being. We have, and will continue, to enjoy his gifts, his legacy. It's heartbreaking that his children have lost what would have been his legacy as a father. I would have liked to have seen more personal interaction with his production staff in the creative process...for 5 stars.

This was excellent and it was one of the best things they could have done for the fans. Michael's passing was untimely and shocking. This gave us a piece of him and I loved seeing him being himself. He was happy and full of life and its nice to know he enjoyed his last days. He was amazing it was nice to see him in his element instead of being harrassed by the media. It was wonderful to see him put on a show and to watch him dance like no other for the last time.

THE MOVIE IS BRILLIANT, AWESOME, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL!!!!!! This would have been without a shadow the doubt the best concert EVER!!!!! Nobody would have ever come close to topping it. I loved this movie, it defined the true character of the man, Michael Jackson and not just the King of Pop name that he was known for. Talent comes in all forms and the cast that he chose to be on stage had he lived long enough to have performed live would have been priceless...He never let his talent get to his head. MICHAEL JACKSON WAS A GENUIS! THIS MOVIE WAS AMAZING! It was a great side of Jackson i've never seen before, and I dont think nobody has ever seen. For years everything Jackson was negative and even with his death all the coverage was about how it happened and who is responsible. this movie shows why he was so famous and was so successful, and why he music will last forever. I saw "THIS IS IT" last night. It was Very Good, but not Great. In the beginning you have to remind yourself that it is not a movie. It is footage of a rehearsal. So it is not that spectacular in the beginning. But, there are two sections when "Michael" reveals his greatness. It is where he starts to dance towards the end of "Beat It," and when he starts to 'sang' not sing, at the end of "I just can't stop lovin you." Those were my two favorite parts. If you are a Michael fan, you will love this film.

Understated brilliance! I saw this movie last night at the premiere showing and still feel transported today. Michael shed any vestige of the world and became the music before our eyes. Grace, poetry and finger snapping, toe tapping energy exudes from every frame of the film. I took my teenage daughter & her friends - this film defies any age constraints. It is Michael's last gift to the world. Michael's genius leaps from the screen into your heart and you will leave the theater a better human being. Like Michael always said, "it's about the love".

I was totally sucked into the movie the entire time - I felt as if I was going thru the rehearsals with him! I have even more respect for his talent and work ethic than I did before - and that was alot! You can see how truly gifted MJ was and why he was so far ahead of everyone else. I definitely want to see it again.
