this movie just proved to me more why I love Michael Jackson so much as a performer, musician and person. This film had the entire audience on their feet dancing, singing, clapping, and crying all at the same time. Michael brought the world together and used his GOD given talents to show the world LOVE. That's what this is all about love; L-O-V-E. Michael still had it. he danced like he did 30 yrs ago and sang even better. I cannot believe he's gone. Michael we miss you. we love you. EVERYONE MUST SEE THIS FILM.

I enjoyed 'This Is It' immensely and almost feel as if I've seen Michael Jackson perform live. Such incredible and many talents that man had. Namely, I could watch him dance for hours, as surely we all could. What an incredible experience it would have been to watch Michael dance privately to his own favorite music (to dance with him!). No cameras or lights, just music that moved and spoke to him.

Watching Michael do what he loved to do with the same level of energy and skill that he had 20 years ago made me smile and broke my heart at the same time. After seeing how he could still dance and move with such ease and perfection makes his death that much more senseless. He still HAD IT. For those naysayers who thought his comeback would flop, they will be believers after seeing this film. Kenny Ortega's film is BREATHTAKING. It's colorful; the music is so rich and booty-ful. Those who have seen the film will get that reference! The way he pieced together the first rehearsal of a song to what ended up being the final product was a stroke of genius. The movie was a beautiful tribute to the most gifted entertainer of our lifetime.

I am so grateful that the public was allowed to see Michael as we have never seen him before. The movie is brilliant and it showcases Michael's brillance, greatness, talent, and most of all the perfectionist and genius of the greatest performer of all time. It was excellent for what it was -- rehearsal footage of a musical genius. It was sad for what will never be -- an unforgettable concert showcasing the greatest talent of our generation. Rest assured, MJ still had the talent and appeared to be in good health. I had the tickets since the day they went on sale for the 12:01 am showing on the 27th--I am so glad that I went!! I grew up in that time frame of the Jackson 5 and Michael and I feel like a part of that family!! Kenny Ortega and all the rest that helped to put the movie together of Michael and his comeback --my heart and love goes to them!! The footage of that rehersal and watching Michael perform again was just full of Michael's energy and I could feel his spirit in that theater!! This movie far exceeded what I had expected. It was well done, and I was so amazed at Michael's ability to not only still dance as he did years ago, but the moves were the same! He is and always will be the number one "King of POP" but he was SO much more. You have to see this movie, if you liked Michael in the past, this will knock your socks off! He was so involved with every aspect of the concert to be, I wish we could turn back the clock, and have him back! Love ya MJ!

Michael is a great person that showed a lot of love. You can just feel the love coming from his body. Rated a "B" for the movie knowing that it was a rehearsal. But as a person I give Michael an "A". He show so much compassion to every one. And if you notice he would say, Thank you and God Bless You. I love when he mention the compassion he has for the Earth or Forests, how we need to take care of our Earth. Michael said, how people said that the Government would take care of the forests, he said "No" you take care of the Earth and Forests. Michael said that we should do it , or in 4 years the Earth and Forests would be destroyed.Michael Jackson is very much being missed. REST IN PEASE MICHAEL! LOVE YOU!

We loved every minute of the show. We really got a glimpse of his rehearsal style. Michael Jackson is kind, funny and a true power house. His energy inspired his marvelous dancers and the entire crew. The film bits going back to the Hollywood golden era are just great, mind boggling - and so very Michael! We got a glimpse of what could have beenI. MICHAEL JACKSON IS THE BEST!!!!! How very very tragic that it was Murray who "took care" of Michael, our greatest singer, artist, dancer and a wonderful human being - gentle, kind and loving. This show is a-must-see! GO, SEE IT! We will go back and watch it all over. And we hardly can wait for the DVD release of THIS IS IT!!!

I just saw this last night and it is brilliant! Do not judge this movie before you see it --you will be pleasantly surprised. This is the best rock documentary I have ever seen. The film takes you on the journey of putting together a major concert event, from auditions, through rehearsals, to glimpses of what might have been. Truly, had MJ lived, this would have been one of the most amazing concerts of all time. Watching this film cemented in my mind exactly why Michael Jackson is considered a musical genius.

this movie was the best and i don't want to call it movie because to me it was like i was sitting in font of him seeing him dance and sing like a live concert. i would of wish i did. i know that we are not haveing nobody like him ever again but i know that he is going to be in our lifes for ever and that his music will live in our lifes and our kids and new generation to come because he was a king and a goddess. love it and now i know he truly love us.....
