He was so tormented, but honed a musical skill in his pain that will be with us forever. I love the movie, MJ was fantastic! MJ was was dancing and singing, you could see he was in excellent condition, and full of life. He moved like the old MJ. His backup dancers could not get up this him. The movie shows you a side of MJ that we never got to see before, he's very humble and caring person. I knew he was a nice guy and cared deeply about people, but I never seem him on flim working and acting "normal'. It moved me to tears when he sang, "I be there". It made me happy to see him fit and well but it also make me sad, to know that he's no longer with us. His genius and all of the talent gave to the world is gone. I highly recommend MJ's movie to everyone, I hope MJ's family, release more documentary movies of him. Love you MJ

If you are thinking you are going to see a documentary - you are wrong. You actually get invited into a world of musical magic only Michael can give you. I thought it was a concert without the fans and although you don't get to see the outcome, the basic feel is that Michael was created to make music and to entertain. What a masterpiece, I had 7 people I was sitting with there was clapping, tears, singing, and laughing. A masterpiece, would go see again and again. Loved every minute of it. To see what is involved to set the stage, lights, dancers, singers Michael had his hand in everything. He was so in tune with his inner self it was uncanny, love to watch him interact with everyone, some of the people I went with were not sure if they even wanted to be there, boy did they change their mind afterwards, my hat is off to all who were involed with this production from every aspect. MJ will be missed. he is dancing and singing and no one is able to hurt him now.

it was absolutely fantastic....so very emotional....I couldn't sit still in my seat....he is so brilliant and the concert would of topped his others for sure....I cried and cried and cried and cried at the end and several times in the middle too......I didn't want to leave the theater when it was over...no one did.....there was about 25 to 30 people there and no one left until the very, very end...you HAVE to go see it...

This movie was a little heartfelt in the beginning because it was like relity struck all over again and I really realized that we had truly lost a Superstar. 'This Is It' was an excellent documentary in its own right. I enjoyed all the behind the scenes footage of how a big budget show like that gets off the ground. You add in the final days performing for one of the greatest entertainers of all time and it's magical. A must see for any MJ fan or dancer.

I am a MJ fan so maybe I am biased, but I was amazed with this movie! Mostly I loved to see MJ's pure talent and that he was still the most fascinating performer on the planet!!!! Saw the movie last night and as a huge Michael Jackson fan I have to say that the movie was awesome. It definitely showed Michael in his element and gave me the chance to see the musical genius he was. This concert by far would have been spectacular and the concert of the century by an artist who left us too soon. Getting to see how really hard he worked were the reasons for his physical and mental stresses. As the movie ended, no one got out of their seats, you could hear a pin drop anywhere in the theatre. I cried over the loss of this multi-talented man who gave us more than we could have ever imagined...That is impact....He will never be forgotten and truly is The King of Pop....RIP Michael....I Miss You.......

Thank you Kenny Ortega, Michael's family and everyone else involved in providing these last glimpses of Michael "in his element" for all his fans. This movie gives many of us a first hand look at just how talented and kind he was.

Great Movie - left me hungry for more. You could see Michael's great heart and how extraordinary he was. He was so ahead of all of us that not too many could understand him. He was a GREAT soul and I am happy I got to live in his era. The movie inspired me to continue striving to be a better person each day and to contribute to make this world a better place.

Simply put.. a Genius. This movie portrayed the entertainer in him, his love for music and dancing, and his great interactive qualities. He seemed very content and joyous throughout. Brought to light how short life really is.. He made a difference in the world. Outstanding. Highly recommended. God Bless him, he is still sharing his gift with us !!!

I was absolutely captivated and enthralled to see MJackson at work. He not only knew each note and each instrument, he heard and saw each step. His quest for perfection was done in such a civil and kind and loving way. This man was a highly misunderstood genius and I am sure he was tortured. Too bad we didn't love him in his lifetime on earth the way we will all grow to love him after seeing this documentary.
God Bless his children who were so blessed to have him as their father.
