I thought it was great. It is really tragic that the concert didn't happen. It would have been an amazing concert to see in it's entirety. Thriller 3-D would have been awsome to see. I don't believe there will be anyone in my lifetime that can match his talent.

This movie expertly captured Micheals gift for delivering the 'WOW' The film truly brought forth Micheals' passion for performing and unrelenting desire to share his gift. He had a hand in all stages of his show, from handpicking is dancers, staging the set design, tweeking the choreography, to song interpetation, and oooooh could he sing. Mike possessed so much energy, at times he'd simply shake it out, and that kept me smiling. I am comforted to see he was deeply engaged in doing the thing he was gifted to do so well, his willingness to share surrounded by others whom he claimed as family. I loved this movie and plan on seeing it again and again.

Even if you are not a huge fan of Michael Jackson you will really like this movie. If you are a fan you will be smiling and moving your head in your seat to the awesome way he sings. He is a perfectionist and it shows in that every little detail has to be perfect. I LOVED the movie. It's really sad he is gone so soon. The concert tour in London would have been amazing. We all will truly miss Michael Jackson's talent and sincerity. It gave you a chance to see a different side of Michael Jackson that he doesn't show in interviews. I want to see the movie a couple more times before it is gone. Everyone should go see this movie!!! It is that good!!

I was affected by this movie. Today I still have the melody's to his songs ringing in my head. I was sadened by the tragidy of loosing MJ so early and right before what looked to be an awesome concert experience. I am thankful to the people who saw fit to produce and edit this footage for all of us to view. What a privilege to have a small glimpse to the insight and working methods of a true artist and brilliant performer. You will be missed Michael!

Wow, what an amazing experience to be able to see a side of MJ we never really got to see! I am just saddened by the fact that he is gone!! As great of a movie as it is, it is also sad to see how healthy & vibrant he was & to know that only a few short days later he would be taken from us!
This was a wonderful look into the usual private side of MJ & to see an up-close behind-the-scenes look at what would have been the concert to end all concerts!! I am sorry that this show never happened. It would have been amazing & I would have been jealous to not have been able to attent!!

Just the "rehearsals" -- what a show!
Michael is more than fabulous, the dancers and musicians are divine, and the "peeks" into what would have happened makes you want to "resurrect" Michael in "healed and whole" form to show us more of what he can do! You must see this... Truly you must!

This is a rare glimpse of MJ the person and how his passion drove him to being the greatest pop star of all times. A not to be missed movie if you are a fan. A big kudos to the film masters who put this all together. Every moment was entertaining, enlightening a sad at times. It will give you pause at the end and do what Michael set out to do in this inspiring concert. I went out right afterwords and bought his two-disk DVD and autobiography and listened to his songs for the rest of the day. Incredible artist ! Incredible music ! incredible man!

Funny, sad, poignant, joyful, insightful... this movie is all of those things and more. My daughter and I both loved this movie and will see it again before it leaves the theaters. It reiterates what a tragedy it is that Michael is gone at such a young age. This world lost a true musical genius, the likes of which will never be seen again. The concerts would have been amazing.

I want to go see it again. I sat on the edge of my seat in awe most of the movie.I have always loved Michael Jackson but this movie allowed me to see him work and create. The movie for me was bittersweet. It's sad to know Michael Jackson was so close to this tour and not only did it not happen, but he lost his life. So much talent gone. His voice is magical and he moves with such precision - It is a great loss that we no longer have him on our planet. This movie was the best I have seen in a long time. It was difficult not to smile or to feel and of course the music and performances were excellent.
This movie provided an escape and a message that I won't soon forget. It also reminded me of what a loss we have suffered in losing one of the greatest artists of our time. Michael believed and lived "art for arts sake" and in doing so, he changed lives.
He was amazing and I think this wonderful film is a tribute much deserved that his beautiful children and the world can enjoy for years to come.

This movie was worth the money. I am actually going to see it again. It is a very nice look into what a great performer Michael Jackson was. He knew his stuff. After watching the movie, Michael Jackson did a very good job in showing just how much of a genius he is. There is definitely magic in the film. The people putting the film together might not of purposefully put hidden messages in the film, but Michael Jackson sure did when he was filming the movie given the fact that he is a pretty good communicator. Anyways, Michael did a really great job in allowing a movie like this to be filmed so that people can finally learn the truth of who he truly was as a person before his tragedy occurred on June 25, 2009. This film is like God taking a tragedy and turning it into one big, giant miracle that will blow people's minds away.

I saw the movie yesterday (Thurs.). I guess I have mixed feelings on it but I'll tell you one thing, it left me wanting to see the actual finished concert in full! It's just too bad Michael couldn't be here to do the concert. What they did show was a genious at work and some of the almost finished sections of the concert which were wonderful. I just want to see how it would've turned out complete. I love Michael more! I'm gonna go see it again though to see what I might've missed. (My 5 yr. old granddaughter was distracting me.)

This movie was a raw look at Michael working his craft. It was better than a music video because it gave insight to how he creates his masterpieces. I still mourn him so much. THIS IS IT helped me heal. It proved to me that he was ready for this concert tour, he was healthy and happy duing his last hours with us. If he were alive this footage would have never been released, but it would never need to be released because we would have the concert tour. REST IN PEACE SWEET PRINCE AND IF KNOW YOU WILL CONTINUE TO DANCE AMONG THE GREATS...We will join you soon

You see Michael's inspiration, his drive to make everything as perfect as it can be, and his passion. I had already known these things about him, but all of it really shone in the rehearsal footage. He always said he needed to innovate, to create, to do things in a new and better way or there was no point in doing it; that's exactly what he did and how he is able to touch so many people around the world. You can see all that in This Is It. You also see his love for humanity, the planet, God, and his kindness and humility, which are present in his music and in his interactions with the people around him. I was both enthralled and moved. This film gives you a wonderful look into how he put everything together.

When I left the movie, I felt like I attended his "This Is It" concert. I think it is the best movie I've seen this year. I was exhausted because I was rocking in my chair and tapping my foot through the whole movie. I cried, I laughed, and applauded. I had to go buy his CD after the movie. I like the song "Jam".

"This Is It" was incredible, when I was watching it Wed. I turned to my friend & said I wish the DVD was coming out tomorrow!! I wanted to see it again right away, in fact, we're going back tonight. The main reason I was sad, was not only do I miss Michael, but I feel the world missed out on one spectacular comeback tour! We will never see an artist as talented and caring as Michael again in our lifetime. I loved all the behind scene access, what a brilliant man Michael was, the movie screen behind the stage added an element you don't see at most concerts. In a word, AWESOME! AK
