I attended this movie with my 6yr old and 18 month. The movie kept my 18 months olds attention the entire time. We laughed and enjoyed all the scenes. Anything that makes my children laugh and keeps a smile on their face get an A+ in my book.

This movie was very pleasant to watch and is entertaining. It had no real fantastic moments.. and no real bad moments either. The kids will love it. The adults will enjoy it. A little body function humor (the school yard kind), If you pay premium price you won't feel ripped off. But I would wait for second run theater showings.. In other words.. a great movie for the discount theater crowd with kids.

Marmaduke is the sweetest, warm-felt, adorable movie that I have seen in a long time. Not a big fan of animals doing most of the talking in movies so can't give this more than 3 stars, but, this was very entertaining for my 10 yr old and all the other kids in the theatre. My daughter (almost 7) was excited to see the movie, and she said I should give it a 5 star rating, so here it is.
I understand this movie has taken a beating for being rather juvenile, but since it is meant to amuse kids, I think that just means it was aimed correctly at the intended audience. Lots of cute dogs, a fluffy cat, and silly jokes, basically the things that make for a good movie to a seven year old.

We took my mother in law who has dementia to the movie. We thought she would enjoy it as she loves dogs. Not only did she enjoy it but so did we! Very well done! My 10 and 12 year old sons loved the movie. They could not wait to tell me all about their favorite scenes, which were most of the movie. This movie was excellent! I took my 9 and 10 yr.old to see it and they loved it. Laughed all the way through the movie. I was very impressed that it was so clean and truly family friendly. This is a must see summer movie, even on a pretty, sunny day. It is that good!

Me, my husband, my 4 year old daughter, and my 11 year old son went see this movie and we all enjoyed it. It's nice to see movies that the whole family can enjoy!!
