Watched this on 23rd August in Movie City 8. Was a good movie but, after watching Arundhathi, the concept, this movie fell short of a spectacular like that. Movie was good but the cinema theatre/screen was very very bad. The room is very small in the first place and on top of that, the A/C was not turned on until we asked them to do so. People were sweating in the summer and the whole theatre was stinking.

The movie is an excellent example for fantastic visual festival. I'll give full marks for the selection of actors. Especially Kajal, Srihari, Devgil and Charan gave their best performances. Picturisation comes next to leave very good impression on the audience. I'd rate this movie as one of the best pictures of the decade.

I do not understand the fanatics view of movies. They tend to be disturbingly skewed. Apart from the hero's dance and heroine's good looks and decent performances, the only other thing that stands out is the liberal use of graphics (a trend in the right direction for cinema in general, but needs to be improved upon). The story is horrible and chiranjeevi's appearance was totally unnecessary. Why does he have to be so condescending towards his own son? The answer is "to just please the fanatical chiru-fans". Totally unprofessional moviemaking. Where is the justice to the story and the performances of the actors? Why on earth was brahmanandam's role so short?

Major credit goes to Director Rajamouli . Charan did well in dance but not in acting. He could not feel his love and was not able to involve too much. He rarely open his eyes in the movie ...
Kajol is looking good but acting wise, she is not having that courage or dare to project as a queen....

Telugu industry might be starting to show up the world (forget stupid Bollywood etc) where we are in WORLD CINEMA in in Technical excellence. Simply superb graphics compared to any world cinema of this kind. We/Telugu's are ultimate in these kind of stories. Perhaps screenplay needs work out, life of the movie is story of KALA BHAIRAVA. Charan (a dummy in dialogue delivery and personality show up as Kala Bhairava, physically suitable for the role). Kajol (she seems doesn't carried between roles) is not a right fit. Both has to improve a lot. Scores: M.M.Keeravani, Sri Hari Art work and graphics Screenplay: Raja Mouli (70% to Kala Bhairava story)

It is an attempt to take Telugu Cinema to a next level of technical excellence and I feel we all can be part of it. So, Once in Theater is OK.Credit must be given to ART Team... Kudos to Ravi and his Team. The next credit will go to Keeravaani and his brother Kalyani Malik for Back ground score that set the tempo of historic era..and of-course Cinematography needs a praise. The Movie is more focused on spending rather than attaching audience to the story. There's no real great plot that warrants such a huge budget. Its like, I have this money, I'll have to spend it somewhere and here we go, not great work in-terms of story and screenplay. Kajal messed it up as a princess. She didn't quite feel the difference between Indu and Mitra Vinda.
