"Valentine's Day" was ok, not real good though, especially with the all star cast. I wouldn't rush out to see it, but certainly rent it. Taylor Swift was surprisingly funny, I wonder if she was really acting.

This movie will make you laugh out loud. There is nothing predictable about this movie, and that makes if fun. Sometimes it goes where you want it to go, and sometimes not. Due to the many charecters in the movie, you will never be bored either and leaves it wide open for a future movie. The guys were laughing just as hard as the gals in the theater. I never thought anything would top the cheesy, over-hyped and pointless "holiday" of Valentine's Day. That is, until I recently saw the movie of the same name. I honestly knew NOTHING about the movie before I walked into the theater, but I knew that my wife really wanted to see it. I bought the tickets thinking, "How bad could it be, really?" For the next two hours I was bombarded with every predictable Hollywood love cliche in the book. Guys, don't go see this. Instead, buy your significant other two tickets and suggest she take her friend to a movie. Women, please don't expect your boyfriend/husband to see this movie with you. He will end up fidgeting in his seat the entire time, infuriating you.

This movie abused every cliche in the book. With this cast, the writing is obviously at fault. In addition to its unoriginality, the shallow fixation on sex and warped views on love make it obvious that the garbage we pay $10 to see is skewing what we think is acceptable for real life. I didn't even find it very romantic... :-/ Seeing this movie with the girls made me remember why I have been forced to leave the masses for those snobby independent films with a plot. And the previews before it didn't lend much hope for better things to come out of Hollywood. Let's set our standards for arts & entertainment higher!!

There is a cast of thousands in "Valentine's Day" unfortunately the director did not know what to do with so much great talent! There are eight different stories going on in "Valentine's Day" so you must pay close attention. Julie Robert's story is the absolute best and she steals the movie!! Jennifer Garner's story is a close second. "Valentine's Day" is about the traditions of Valentine's Day and how these traditions intersect with 10 people and their lives in Los Angeles. The movie is sappy to say the least. There are a few very cool things that happen in the movie. If you have nothing better to do, I recommend seeing the movie for Julia Roberts story. Otherwise wait for it to come out on Blue Ray or DVD.

There's a little bit of every kind of love in this mish-mashed movie staring a bunch of well-known actors doing light romantic comedy without engaging in any substantial emotional interaction. I won't go into the relationships, but expect to see everything from young puppy love to 70-somethings in elaborate stories that have them acting like fools in love. This movie will take you through the motions (but not the emotions) of Valentine's day and all types of relationships, just don't expect to see anything new and you might have an okay time.

Valentine's Day was a good movie. It contained your typical love stories and breakups. It felt like it dragged on a bit too long- probably because there are so many actors and actresses in the film that needed attention. Other than that, cute friday night movie with the girls.

I am a 27 year old female that loves romantic comedies! I usually like every romantic comedy I see especially if it has Ashton Kutcher, Bradley Cooper, McDreamy, and McSteamy in it!! I was super excited for this movie plus I like all the women in this film. HOWEVER, this movie was AWFUL!! There is seriously no point to the movie. The only story line with a halfway decent plot is Ashton and Jennifer Garner and it wasn't a very good plot. There were some funny parts but not worth it (mostly Ann Hathaway). Honestly, it was a waste of money and time. My advice, wait till it comes out to rent it or watch it on TV.

I was lucky enough to see an early screening and absolutely loved this movie. Great story, great laughs, and even some crys. It was a great cast and amazing storyline. Must See!!
