I knew the reviews were terrible and went into the movie with very low expectations but it still was not worth the money. I was out with my girlfriends and wanted to see a valentine's day movie for fun but it was really sugary sweet cheesy. Few laughs but because there were so many different story lines going on it never felt deep or authentic. The acting felt like over acting even for the good actors that were in the movie.

This movie is really good. There is a lot of humor and fun happening in all of the stories. The twists and intertwinings are creative and interesting and the twists are unforeseen. Overall the movie was a cute snapshot into the lives of a wide spectrum of people on Valentine's Day. Some deeply in love, some being hurt, some who find themselves alone, and some finding a new love. All the familiar faces made you feel you sort of knew these people before this particular day. It was somewhat predictable, but heart-warming, and I'd rather be seeing something that leaves me with a warm feeling (especially on Valentine's Day ) than a movie filled with violence, too much sex, or that disturbs me. Makes you appreciate the love in your life.

I went into this movie with high hopes. Great stars, Garry Marshall Directing, and a romantic theme on a romantic day. This movie plays like a mishmash of random skits that come together at the end but it takes you 2:00 (painful) hours to get this conclusion. Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kucher are OK but the remainder of the cast seemed to simply rattle off lines. Very disappointed. Save your $9 on a better movie.

It was a toss up between VD and Up in the Air. Looks like we wasted $ on VD and should have waited for it to be available on FIOS. Love all the actors and some of the hilarious spots but that is about it. Don't think it deserves more than 2 stars just like our newspaper gave it.

Seems to me like they relied on having a dozen A list actors in this movie rather than a plot or anything that would keep your attention. My expectations were pretty low for this movie because usually, with this many stars, it means no plot with a bunch of cameos strung together. Underrated by the critics. I went in with fairly low expectations due to critic reviews. Anne Hathaway did a fantastic job. Loved it! Laughed all the way through the film. No slow parts.

This was a great film. I liked that it wasn't all sunshine and roses because love isn't always like that. It's fresh and had a lot of really different stories. Julia Robert's was my favorite.

My husband and I really enjoyed this movie. It made LA look great and all the strories were cute. I loved how it tied everything together. It reminded me of "Love Actually"
