This movie was ok, I think the book was 100% better than the movie. The movie left out alot of good information that the book had. I think that if the producer/writer would have kept alot of the story line from the book it would have made for an awesome movie.

I was a little hesitant going into this, knowing Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical Movies) was one of the leads. Changed my mind within the first 20 minutes of the movie. Mary-Kate Olsen was wonderful as the witch, she should really do more movies. It was a very good telling of the classic story, with the morale being very clear and easy to figure out by the end,

I thought it was okay and sweet to watch. I enjoyed the ups and downs of the pretty person. It meant alot to me to see that a lesson was learned in the end.

Not a total flop, but I've seen better. Modern day "Beauty & The Beast" storyline. I can wait for DVD...maybe even cable...lol!

I took my granddaughters and their 16 year old girlfriend. We, ALL, loved it. It was a great twist on the Beauty and the Beast story. I didn't even know there was a book. Most movies are different than the book. I would recommend it to everyone. I thought Mary-Kate Olsen was really good. She should act in more movies. It was good to see her!!
