Let me start by saying that while I am a huge fan of the twilight series I was afraid that Robert P wouldnt have the same impact on me in another setting or even with another female lead I was incredibly wrong! This was a fantastic dramatic movie. Ii was moved to tears more than once and never saw the ending coming not once. I was very pleased and so very glad I saw it and will have no problem watching it more than once. I think this one is gonna be one of those that sneaks up on people and while the totals are huge yet they will be!

First, let me saw that no one could have played the roles better than Robert Pattinson and Emilie De Ravin. I loved the movie. It brings tears to your eyes from start to finish. Sad tears, happy ones. Very moving. Something that could really happen. Nothing animated or unrealistic. Very real. I absolutely loved the sister, Caroline. Cute as could be. I would have loved to have a brother that cared about me as Tyler cared for Caroline. Very good movie.

Well my teenage daughter was sick from school w/ a fever the last couple days. Moping around the house i decided to cheer her up by taking her to go and see her "HUSBAND". i thought it was going to be some sappy love story, but i was pleasantly surprised. And I gotta tell you, I knew there was some tragic twist at the end, but I never saw it coming. overall it was a really good movie.

Rob and Emilie are absolutely amazing in this film. Very well acted, wonderful script. if you do not want to cry though do not go see this. the ending is full of impact and it will stick with you. Rob's character Tyler and his relationship with his on-screen sister is absolutely amazing. any girl would be lucky to have abig brother like Tyler!!!

Very well acted, well scripted, strong cast. The relationships, especially the romance between Tyler (Robert Pattinson) and Ally (Emilie de Ravin) develop organically and don't seem forced. However, if you don't want to cry, don't see this movie. It is incredibly moving and the ending stays with you (as it should). I understand Robert Pattinson executive produced in order to maintain the integrity of the story and it was well worth it. A typical Hollywood ending would have ruined the overall story. Definitely worth seeing.

I really didn't expect this movie to be quite so heavy! I knew the characters had family issues to deal with, but I definitely didn't expect the ending. The entire movie was intense and thought - provoking: 24 hours after leaving the theater, I was still mulling it over. I enjoyed and it will probably see it again.

A beautiful tribute to the normal people, living normal lives on one extraordinary day that ended their hopes and dreams and those they left behind who had to go on. It is not too soon. It is never too soon to remember to say 'I Love You'. The performances were realistic and endearing. The writer, the director and the cast, especially Robert Pattinson, should be very proud. Two hours swell spent. I will see it again.

I loved it, loved the characters, loved the interaction between all of the character. The acting was wonderful. I had no idea what an emotional rollercoaster this movie was and was shocked when the movie ended. It took a couple of days to process it and for me to realize I really loved it. The acting was incredible. The whole movie has you intensely drawn to Rob's character. It was done with great passion and you can feel the pain and struggle of all the characters. If not for the controversial ending, this film would would be just another mediocre drama with stereotypical characters and an angst-ridden storyline. I found the pacing to be extremely slow and tiring and nearly gave up on the film midway through. Although I had guessed Tyler's back story rather early in the film, it took an eternity to unfold on screen. The ending will polarize the audience: either you will hate it or love it. Regardless, it overshadows the rest of the film, and for me, felt contrived and an unnecessary way to deliver the message. The only reason I recommend this movie is to allow viewers to experience the last 10 minutes and sort out their feelings for themselves.

This movie has so many different levels to it. The actors do an amazing job of bringing the story to the screen. I will see it again in the theater and buy it when it's released

You will be surprised by the ending of this film. In retrospect, what goes on in the first 90% of this movie is a terrific set-up for the ending that's to come. It recalls the naive nature of American life prior to 9/11/01 with a cute romance between a dysfunctional young couple who attend an artsy college in Manhattan and share life-death experiences that make them a true match. Unlike most movies out there, it's worth seeing for the ending.

I enjoyed this movie, it was better than I was expecting. But, the ending was totally unexpected and I feel like it changed the whole movie. I was sort of disappointed in it after that.
