While it certainly wasn't the greatest movie ever made, it certainly was well worth the wait. All of the actors were great, and the story was inspirational; reminicent of a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie. It's good to know that they'll still make movies with real people, and real stories, and that special effects aren't always in demand. We took our children, ages 9 and 11. There were two parts that made us cringe, but aside from those scenes, it was very appropriate for a younger audience. The kids loved it as much because of the very entertaining child actor.

Well done. I recommend this to all Ole Miss fans. It was well acted. Light hearted at times and serious at other. This film may finally get Sandra Bullock the recognition she deserves.

Great, inspiring movie. Turned me into a Ravens fan! I took my nieces and nephews, ages 8 to 12 and they absolutely loved it also. They talked about it the entire next day! I wish there were more people like the family featured in this movie!

Very inspirational story of a disadvantaged youth who found the right people to support him and help him along to become successful. Most importantly, it's a true story. Definitely a recommended "must see" for everyone and all age levels.

The Blind Side was the best movie we have seen in 2009. All the characters were fantastic and SJ was amazing. The best part is this is a true story about Michael Oar - what amazing people. The family that took Michael in and all that interacted with Michael while he was in school.

I took my 12 year old daughter to see it. She loved it as much as I did. Sandra Bullock was great and so was Quinton Aaron. Kind of a tear jerker, but it is nice to see a movie that you can enjoy with your child.

First off, this is the BEST and I mean the BEST movie I have seen in my 50+ years of movie watching. The story is absolutely moving. I am a hard shell and this movie made me crack. The acting was absolutely superb. This is the type of movie that should be on the screen. I have been reminded of what True Christianity is all about. This should be rated as one of the all time best. Bravo to all involved in the making.

When I got home from seeing The Blind Side I tweeted "The Blind Side was a great movie! Southern story, family story, football story - good stuff. Even better that it really happened." I came away thinking that I hope people don't just see this as a feel-good movie. I hope people see this movie and it generates a feeling of compassion - and more than just a feeling. I hope it makes people want to put their own compassion, generosity, and love into action, just like the Tuohy's did. Everybody has the ability to help someone, even just in little ways.

My Ma and I try to see at least one movie a week if time permits. I am a huge football fan and about a year and a half ago I was watching Sportscenter and heard this wonderful story about this boy and his new family and I was instantly touched. When I found out a movie was being made about this boy's story, I had to see it and was not disappointed, either was my Ma. A must see, you won't be disappointed either!!

I saw this movie with my girlfriend and it definitely was a good choice. It stayed true to the original story and helped shed some light on one of the issues America still faces, providing help to students in underprivileged areas. Tim McGraw and Sandra Bullock did good jobs acting as Michael new parents. Definitely worth your time. Keep your eyes open for the emotional parts.

My son is 11 he brought a friend they loved the movie. It is a feel good movie. Sandra Bullock is great. It is not quit as good as Remember the Titens but it is a nice film to go see with your family if the kids are 9yrs old and up!!!

I cannot imagine anyone more qualified to play the parts than Sandra,
Tim, Ray and Quinton. It is a fantastic story that could not have been
screened any better than it was. Well, one thing was missing - I would
have loved to see his time at Ole' Miss. He is a wonderful man. Sandra
and Tim were dead-on perfect in their casted parts. My opinion of both
of them has always been very high but they exceeded expectations, for
sure. In fact, I've never seen Sandra be more lovely and tougher than
she was as Mrs. Touhy. God Bless everyone involved with the project of
bringing to us a fantastic story of love, faith, courage and giving.

Me and mother watched this movie and we both loved it... it was great....it made you think about all the people that you have passed up on the road not knowing what their story was. The Thouys really reminded you that you should not judge a book by it's cover... Micheal was a big guy and yet they were not afraid to open their home or their family to him. I truly did love this movie...it was great and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

This is a must see film, well written, convincing and heartfelt! It is serious, funny and telling all at the same time. Sandra Bullock gives her best performance yet. Seven of us saw it together (ages ranging from 10-44) and we all thought it was simply outstanding and one of the best movies any of us had every seen. We only hope it wins all the awards it richly deserves.
