This movie is just plain awesome! Glad it is based on a true story! Loved it! One of my favorites and I still cry when I watch it. Sandra Bullock gave an award winning performance! One of her very best!

Sandra Bullock deserved the Oscar for this work! A great, uplifting film full of human situations resolved in a Christian way. Portrays a Christian woman as strong, and not a doormat as usually depicted!

Great story with endearing characters. Sandra Bullock's character really carried the movie. If only all privaledged families realized the difference they could make in the lives of others, our country might be a different place. I'd recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it.

What an inspirational and uplifting movie! I only wish there were more movies like this, for entire families, instead of the violent and profane movies that overrun our movie theaters. If you haven't seen The Blind Side, go see it! You will have no regrets. I do have one slightly negative remark regarding this movie. Although minimal, the profanity in this heartwarming story was unnecessary. I would have rated this movie excellent, otherwise.

I thought the movie was terrific. I heard some so-so reviews before I went but I love Sandra Bullock and the story sounded intriguing. I think she deserved the Oscar and I am glad the story was told in such a heartfelt way.
