You know S&TC was such a great show and the expectations of both movies were met & delivered. I felt like I have grown with these women! I am so happy that it was not the cliche "cougarish" persona but, WOMEN still in touch with their former selves yet GROWING up and being mature with girlfriends in tow for the journey. We all loose a bit of ourselves & then spend the rest of our lives trying to search for fragments of our former selves. Remember each girlfriend represents a portion of our own persona collectively in full BLOOM. I loved it.

It was a decent movie, but in my opinion the girls are starting to have a Real Housewives of New York City feel about them. Most are married, half with children, and one woman still has the same lifestyle as the first movie. It lacked the edge-of-your-seat feeling that the first movie reeled you in with. The fashion was amazing and the shoes were beautiful, just as I expected. I recommend renting it later instead of paying a ridiculous amount of money at a theater. Overall, it is worth seeing just for the good humor, extravagant lifestyle and great style.

I know that this movie is getting a lot of bad reviews. However, if you are in a long-term relationship and love the girls then this movie is for you!! The girls are still the girls but as they (and we) get older, the dynamics of their relationships with the opposite sex and each other are explored. Love the girls are back on the big screen and to me not a year or 2 older; being a huge SATC fan, it was exciting to see them return and what their wardrobe would be. I'm a huge STC fan and have seen every episode and the last movie. This was by far the funniest and most enjoyable STC I've have seen. The story moves along nicely and keeps you engaged. I wanted to walk out when Liza started singing! The acting was bad and the story line was horrible. It seemed like they were trying too hard to be funny. To all the paid reviewers - stop taking things so literally and seriously. Kick back, have fun. We saw this movie in a theater that offered drinks and nibbles. Having a cosmo in hand, made it all the more fun. It was silly, touching, bawdy and lush. Filled with great lines, stunning clothes and wonderful friends having adventures. Yes it was over the top - just like the wedding - but isn't that what we expected??

It was nice to have a reason to get the girls together for a night out, but this movie is really disappointing. There are a handful of amusing moments, but overall it's, at best, a disappointment, at worst, insulting, embarassing and demeaning. I cringed repeatedly at many of the scenes that were insulting to arab culture while at the same time reinforcing the stereotype of the loud, ignorant, obnoxious, shallow American. Each of the characters suddenly became pathetic & weak in this version. Worst of all, I was totally nauseated by the idea that women over 50 can only be sexy and have a libido if they take dozens of hormone pills and creams -- and I'm in my 30s -- I can't imagine how insulted I would be if I was over 50. Skip this movie if you haven't seen it, forget it if you have.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

The Movie was good, I have to say the first one was better. But, there was 6 of us girls and we had a really good time. This movie has been a series we used to watch all together as friends. So, now that we are older and have our own families.... it is great to get together and watch this tale of 4 very sucessful women.
