WOW, is all that I can say. It was worth the wait and the anticipation. If you followed these girls through the series and the first movie, you will totally understand ALL of this movie. For those nay-sayers, they didn't watch the series and just plain don't get it. They need to get the box series and start from scratch. Carrie and Big are great as always, Miranda and Charlotte are, well, their normal selves. And Samantha, well, I can' t spoile it for anyone.

Movie was fabulous. Carrie is always fantastic, but Samantha was the star........Everything from the guest stars, to the old favorites was fanatastic. I especially loved that Carrie wore a dress from season 3, in a scene with Mr Big's almost ex wife. If you are a diehard fan of this show then I know you will love it. If your a newcomer you will enjoy it very much. The critics are guys lol and they are stupid. I don't wanna go into the movie plot 2 much. I feel like some ladies told half the movie in the review. I will say this I left the movie hyped up and happy all is well in the four wonderful ladies that touched our hearts all those years ago. I did not want them to make a part 2. Watched with my two best friends of 35 years and loved every minute. Drank "Moet" Champagne and ate M&M's (this is our ritual) and thought of all the crazy things we have done. I don't know where to start on how fabulous this movie was! Starting the movie with Carrie in gold heels,sunglasses,and clutch and flashing back to when they all first met was awesome! Samantha was at her best bluntness the entire movie.. loved it! (OMG the scene where all her stuff falls out her purse was too hilarious) Also one of my favorite parts was when Carrie came out of her apartment in the Newspaper dress.. that brought me right back to the begining! The movie was everything I hoped it would be and more! The script, the fashion, the story....all of it was really great! It's hard to do a sequel when the first movie was so phenomenal but they pulled it off!!! This sequel was better than the original! I was so excited to see the movie since I heard they were filming. Bought my tkts 2 weeks in advance, and had a wonderful time. The movie was excellent, people may confuse the fact that didn't have much "drama". But people should remember that the girls have evolved. I think the current story line has now run its course and the plot is getting a little tired. I have really enjoyed the series and the first movie was fantastic but this one is just like the first but in the UAE. With the exception of an old boyfriend thrown in for fun and the fact that motherhood is finally straining Charlotte! The clothes and costumes, however, in this movie were wonderful!! I think some of the people saying it was to long, is not the feeling the most of us had. It could have been longer...I wanted more adventures in Abu Dhabi! ;-)
Woooooo Aidan looked good, but he is just not as charming and sexy as Mr Big (John). I think they did a good job setting it up for a final chapter, a third and final movie.
Grab your girlfriends and go!!

The movie was worth the wait! Hilarious! I missed those girls, its like meeting up with old friends again, 2 years later!! I loved how they threw Aiden back in there too!! Such an amazinf movie, hope they have a SATC3!!!

Pro's - They took us to an environment behind the usual NY scene. It reminded me of a REAL "Just me and my girls" trip. Separating themselves from their personal lives, issue, drama and taking a vaca from it all!!! I also adored the usual fashion peeks. Con’s – The movie definitely leaves you wanting more. Let’s just hope the cast doesn’t go another 2-3 years before they give us a Sex and The City 3.
