I still like Why Did I Get Married the best but this was a decent movie. It would be better if my fiancee would stop trying to make me see this each time we drive by the movies. We have seen this twice already. Once on the day it came out and then the very next morning. It ain't THAT good. But I did enjoy it.

This movie was so heartfelt and yet as comical as usual.I like the idea that no more quotes from other movies, Taraji is always at her best no matter the part and Adam was my favorite on CSI and now his role was superb and Brian was very much believable as a bad guy. This movie was not at all what I expected. I thought there would be far more comedy, yet there was little. The story was very compelling - a real eye-opener to problems that exist all over the country. I truly enjoyed it and must say I cried alot more than I laughed. A lot of good messages throughout the movie and though predictable loved the ending.

I would expect nothing less from Tyler Perry. This man is very talented and this movie is nothing short of brilliant. His movies get better and bettter. I can wait to see the next one. If you love to laugh and cry at the same time ANY of Mr. Perry's movies are the right choice. You can feel the emotion from all the characters and the music is so very soulful. This is an awesome movie!! Tyler you really out did yourself!! The message was so moving that I was crying myself. I think that this was probably the best TP movie yet. It had a very good balance of humor and seriousness. Which are both important in learning to love ourselves! This movie has a very powerful message that shows how a young girl struggles to keep her family together. It shows how an abused young girl being selfish changes her ways because of the teaching her mother instilled in her. I thought the movie rating it is wrong. PG13 yes and no. The movie sends a message to the world on how sometimes people go around thinking of themselves and never hand a helping hand to others. Tyler Perry has truly found his calling!!!! This movie contained everything, and made you feel every possible emotion!!! The songs brought you back to church (which was a blessing for those who haven't attended chuch since they were christened HELLO!!!!!), and the characters made you feel their pain and joy!!!! OMG!!!! This movie was absolutely awsome! It covered the entire gamit of emotions and social issues any number of people may face in a lifetime. The entire cast was phenomenal. You cried out with laughter because Madea was hilarious (of course), and you faught to hold back the tears.

Although its predictable when a Tyler Perry movie. The message still hits home now the less. It brings to light several complex issue that are little talked about issue within the black community. Infidelity, Communication, Church, Giving back, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie with my wife, and son. We all laugh, toe tapped to the music, hugged when her tears come out. This movie is great food for the soul
