Ok, TP still did his overlayering and underdeveloping, but this was still a pretty good movie. Madea was very funny without being offensive. Taraji delivered, as always. She was very convincing as a regular everyday woman. Young Hope had almost too much attitude, but you come to understand why. Mary J Blige delivered a predictable "celebrity" performance. The songs were excellent. Definately a family movie! And, the best Madea film yet.

This has to be by far one of the best movies I have ever seen. The movie had a story behind it that does leave you saying,"I can do bad all by myself." The actors and actress played their parts so well, it let me speechless. This movie was absolutely brilliant. I support Tyler in all of his movies and I have to say, I have loved every one of them, but there is something extra special about this one. His vision was clear and focused. The actors all the way down to the babies did an exceptional job. This movie will take you up high, bring you down low, (real low) and lift you back up so high you can touch heaven. This is an absolute MUST SEE. By all means this was the best movie ever. There is an arrayof emotions that one feels throughout the entire movie. Tyler Perry did an excellent job covering a very sensitive issue in a way that everyone can relate to it regardless of race or color. I think this is the best! I love his movies but when I look at them being able to relate and help people heal from hurts, this was the best. Tyler Perry keep allowing the Lord to use you. This is a must see.
