This movie made me cry and then laugh before I could wipe the tears away. It's like Tyler Perry has a manual to the woman's (especially the Black woman's) heart mind and soul. He makes you love and connect with these characters and then puts them in the most real, most challenging, most perilous situations, places where they can be their own worst enemy. And then--he gives them the choice to go with God or go the other way--and the impact of each life comes full circle--all in two hours. AND THEN THERE'S THE MUSIC!!! This movie reminds me not only how God always knows each and every one of us by name, but also how beautiful it is to be a strong Black woman. I LOVE YOU TP!!!

This was an excellent movie. Everyone did an excellent job. I was supprised to see Mary J. Bliege with an actual part beside singing, that was a nice touch. This movie touched me like no other. It made me reflect more on myself, as far as if I'm being selfish in any way when it comes to my family, friends and associates. Thanks Taylor.

Tyler Perry's creative genius comes from the connection that he has with God because he's a master truly in his element and I commend him for what he's doing. He's an inspiration in more ways than one. Please go see. I'll admit I was expecting a lil more but it was still great.

This movie was very good. Story lines were very moving and realistic. This is the best movie Tyler Perry ever made. You will feel the emotions the characters go though and it even made me tear up. Go see it you will love it.
