Tyler Perry is back in top form with ' I can do bad all by myself'. The movie is funny and pulls all the right heart strings. The romance was a little weak because I found Adam Rodriguez' acting less than convincing. Other than that minor distraction it was all good. I highly recommend this one for everyone.

This movie touched so many issues within a family unit that I would highly recommend this movie as a family event. This movie showed how love comes from many avenues and sometimes we miss it. Tyler made you laugh, cry, and testify but when you walk away, "you walk away with the lesson."

The movie was excellent. It had just the right balance of comedy and seriousness. I thought the religious element was smoothly tied in to the goings-on and was as much an integral part of the story line, as is was tied to the grandmother's storyline.
