I was blown away when I first saw The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. I thought David Slade did a wonderful job directing the movie and the actors were great as well. I loved that Bella wasn't as awkward in this movie as she is in Twilight and New Moon. There seemed to be more an easier flow to the movie as well. I have seen Eclipse 3 times now and I am still amazed each time!

Considering I've haven't read the books and haven't seen New Moon, this movie was excellent! I'm all about Team Jacob, but knew she was going with Edward. I liked how this movie had its funny parts, that was something I wasn't expecting out of this serious type of novel. For people not really in the Twilight Saga, I would still recommend this because its a great drama and action filled series to watch!!

No one goes to see "Eclipse" to expect Oscar-worthy performances. The acting has improved from the first movie but still has miles to go before I stop my sudden chuckles at the wrong time. I missed many lines and moments because of the raucous yells and cheers for Taylor Lautner's abs. However, I have to agree with most moviegoers and say the movies have gotten increasingly better. But who cares what critics say? Twi-hards will come out full force to witness Bella's struggle to make up her mind between the wolf and the vampire.

This movie is much better than the last one, and Bella is finally allowed to have some personality instead of being such a drip all the time. She and Edward seem comfortable with each other at last. The best chemistry, however, is between Jacob and Edward--polar opposites in looks and temperament but both smokin' hot.
I loved the action scenes, too. Can't wait until Breaking Dawn!

Lets just start off by saying this is not the great intellecutal, make-you-think movie of the year. Neither is it the action thriller of the summer. For certain it is the next in a dramatic action packed series of films that will surely entertain generations to come.
This film is not the best of anything, but in the end, it is a good movie. The actors are good, you believe them. The dialogue is good, and gets the story across. The visual effects have matured greatly since the last film in this series.
All in all this movie made me laugh, smile, swoon, jump and, most importantly, think.

Great movie, definitely the best of the three so far. A little annoyed that they changed the order of a bunch of stuff, but didn't detract from the movie at all. Can't wait for Breaking Dawn!

This is the best of the 3 movies. Edward is so romantic. Between the wooing, the army building, the love triangle and the final battle, I think the writers did a good job adapting the book to film.

Before this movie came out, I heard there was going to be a lot of action in this movie, but I thought the movie dragged a lot. The action mostly came at the end, and even then it was over pretty quickly

After the 1st & 2nd twilight movie i just couldnt wait to see Eclipse....It was a really good movie and I reccommend this movie to anyone thats into vampires,etc but you have to watch the first two so you know whats going on. There seemed to be alittle more action in this one...

The film was very good, interesting and action packed. If you are a fan of the books you will love the movie. Eclipse along with the other films follows the book pretty well, so all Twi-hards will enjoy it. It was a lot of fun to watch. Can't believe we have to wait a year and a half for Breaking Dawn.

If you are a twilight fan you will absolutely love this movie. However, if you are not skip it and watch something else. I am not a fan and have endured the series for the sake of my child. Although I have seen the previous two movies, I found myself having a hard time following the story line and understanding the motives for some of the characters. A bit of a refresher at the beginning of the movie would have been nice. Although it did not hurt to watch it I believe my money could have been better spent on another movie.

Oh my God. It was wonderful! I'm a true die hard fan of the whole Twilight Saga Series, and I was so excited to see what they would do with Eclipse. It was wonderful, I would reccomend anyone to see this movie. All the love and passion, it's everything. I loved it, and plan to go see it again soon.

Wow! "Eclipse" was my favorite book so I was a little hesitant to see what they'd do with the film. All I can say is, WOW! They did an amazing job of staying close to the story. The changes made were minor and did not affect the movie as a whole. The acting was great and the effects, I thought, did not take away from the story but added some flavor. It was not overly Hollywood, which I appreciated. That was one of the things that drew me to "Twilight". Kristen and Robert have amazing chemistry but she also works so well with Taylor. The three of them work well together. It was great to get more back story of the Cullen clan and to get to know the wolves better as well. Xavier Samuel(s) was a great Riley and Bryce Dallas Howard did an amazing job with Victoria.
I would highly recommend this film. It would be a great date movie. A little romance for her and a little action for him.
Looking forward to "Breaking Dawn".
