I took my 15 and 13 year old daughters to see Eclipse last night. Having taken them to see the first 2 movies in the series, I wasn't expecting much. I certainly wasn't expecting to enjoy Eclipse as much as I did.
Action scenes were very well done. And it's nice to see Jackson Rathbone finally got away from portraying Jasper as "Edward Scissorhands, Jr." and really made the character a force to reckon with. Now, if only he could get the others to follow suit...

I love all three movies, but this is the best yet!! I have seen it four times already and I want to see it again before it leaves theaters!! Can't wait for the DVD. The acting was great, glad to see more of the action. Robert Pattinson is great and hot as usual, loved that he and Taylor had more scenes together. The chemistry between Rob and Kristen is awesome. Can't wait for Breaking Dawn!!

This movie was much better than the first two, the acting was better, and the story line was portrayed better. I really didn't like the first one and was okay with the second, but this movie is the best of the saga so far. I would recommend to go see it, but there are a few scenes that are not okay for young children under 13.

I loved Eclipse! Can't wait til it comes out on DVD so I can add it to my Twilight collection! It was nice seeing Jaspers military past and see why Rosalie is so against Bella's change. Great movie - action packed, romance, loved it. Not happy with Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria though. She was not nearly good enough for the part. Dakota Fanning has some great lines and does justice to the part of Jane. Good to see more of the Cullen family and hear the back stories.

So im torn between saying this movie is the best or the first Twilight is the best. I think i have to say... the first Twilight is the BEST but this one comes very close! Ithought i knew what i was getting myself into when i sat down in the theater, but i have no idea! It was SO GOOD I almost died. It was a blast to watch. There was drama, sex (almost anyways) and humor. Best movie Ive seen in a long time. I actually saw it twice already.

Not really sure what the director was thinking by changing up what happens in the movie and when. But the fight scenes needed to be more intense. The clip where Bella and Edward are in bed was a joke. What happened to Edward breaking the bed to show Bella how dangerous it would be if they made love. Lot of really important parts were left out of this movie that I believe would have made it Epic. Too bad they did not keep the director from Twilight I believe we would have been watching a better version of the movie. But at least there is a movie. Hope the next two movies are great!!!

This is by far the best directed and best acted of the Twilight movies yet, as well as the best screenplay yet. Actually, the screenplay was AWESOME! I would have to rate this movie a 5 of 5. It was fantastic.
I love how Bella really shows the struggles she is going through to make her final decision.
I also applaud the screenwriters for giving Jasper more screen time. It was wonderful to see how he and how Rosalie became and see flashbacks of their lives before they were changed.
I wish Esme would have been more involved, but overall, this is a fantastic movie.
I plan on going to see it again with my husband and teenage son this time.

Eclipse was so far the best film in The Twilight Saga. It seems like each new film out does the last. Great mix of action, romance, humor and special effects, even the men sitting in front of me were commenting on how good it was! Can't wait for the first part of Breaking Dawn to come out, I'm sure it will blow it's predecessor out of the water! :-)

Generally speaking, by the time I get to the third movie in a series it becomes predictable. This was not the case with Eclipse. We finally get more of the back story on some of the major characters, which ties beautifully into the angst of the teenage love story and difficult decisions Bella faces that will change her life forever. I would recommend the entire series.

This was a great movie. I have enjoyed the first two Twilight movies but this one had the romance along with an upbeat pace that made you almost not want to blink for fear of missing something. I think that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson did a great job in this movie, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a good romance movie or even action movie.
