Team Edward? Team Jacob? It's so hard to decide who is better for Bella and in this movie it becomes very apparent that it is hard for Bella to decide as well. The 2 hours go by so fast and it leaves you wanting more.

This movie is by far the best of the Twilight Saga. People were on the edge of their seats, laughing together at all the right moments, and fully connected to the story. It brought Stephenie Meyer's novel to life in a glorious way, leaving out very little detail and adding comedy and suspense in all the right places.

This one was the best so far. The actors are getting more comfortable with the characters & the acting is better than the fist two films. It did very quite a bit from the book, but gets the right idea across. I highly recommend not seeing it in a theater full of 15 year olds if you would like to hear the dialog. haha

This is my favorite book--David Slade NAILED it! I personally think all the actors stepped up their acting! Other than a few descrepancies this movie is a WIN! I got to see it FREE in L.A. Paid for this one and will probably see it a couple more times on the big screen! WELL WORTH IT!

This was the best of the three so far. It was funny in parts and kept moving along nicely. The screams of enjoyment from the teenage girls( and older I bet) were all part of the enjoyment of the night!

Definitely better! Better acting, better directing, better scenes. Seems as though this screenplay was better thought out to stay true to the feel and flow of the books! Robert and Taylor did a wonderful job pulling you into the story, Kristin is getting better- less annoying than previously! Very, very excited for much anticipated Breaking Dawn!

I thoroughly enjoyed the midnight showing of the movie, although I'll be paying all day for the lack of sleep!
I agree with some of the earlier comments: Kristin Stewart can't act, and Edward and Rosalie need their eyebrows plucked. (someone was really heavy-handed w/ eyebrow pencil on ALL the actors).
I enjoyed getting to know the Cullens better in this one, but I was disappointed in the new Victoria... not in Dallas Brice Howard's acting, but because they didn't develop her character much... there was nothing portrayed of the reason for building the army.
I will definitely be in line for the next sequel!

Went to the mid-night showing, this was by far the best of the three movies! I will see this movie again and again, I don't think I could ever get sick of it...lots of action and even comedy...
My favorite part of the movie was the tent scene, I never laughed so hard, Jacob had some really good lines.
If you are a true Twilight fan, you will not be disappointed.

I wasted 2 hours of my life! The only good thing about the movie was Jacob's abs and the trailer for the new Harry Potter. The cheese was just overwhelming. At least the makeup wasn't as bad as the first two!

Where to start? Well, as expected, this installment of the Saga did NOT disappoint. The screenwriter adapted the book in a way she hadn't with the other books, making you live the book with all the essential details finally making thier way onto the screen. Now, for the action... This movie had so much action and fight scenes and then somemore, even when leaving the theatre @ 3a.m. you wanted to go to the gym and practice some mma moves. I love my action movies, and this romance gave me what i had been missing in the previous two. I would definitely recommend this movie, even to people who are not into the theme; if any of these movies can get you wearing a team Jacob / Edward shirt, this is the one.

Eclipse was the best movie out of all three movies made! The director was a genius as how he portrayed the fighting scene. It's suitable for young children but it keeps the interest of the adults. I LOVE this movie and would recommend that everyone watch it. My boyfriend even enjoyed the movie and he didnt even want to come. I will definetly watch this movie 1 or 2 more times in theater.

The fight scene was awesome!! But the grown woman behind me that kept talking loud and cursing was ridiculous! I am a little sick of Bella being so inexpressive but that's what they liked about her. I hope that the last 2 continue the trend of getting better.

Having re-read all the books before the movie opening, I would say that this book is a much closer adaptation to the book, thought not quite there. To a Twilight fan it really doesn't matter if the movie is amazing standing on its own; it just has to be twilight. I enjoyed the movie but found it had several flaws, primarily the lack of dialogue between Edward, Bella and Jacob helping to better explain the "arrangement" and the fight for Bella's heart. We get to see more lines from both Rosalie and Jasper but I think in terms of Rosalie the script did not do justice to her reasoning for not choosing to become a vampire. Part of Rosalie's monologue helps transition into the next story and I think the screenwriter/director didn't understand that. Overall it is a good addition to the series just needs a bit more to hit the mark dead on.
A twilight fan will enjoy none the less.

So happy with the portrayal of the book in this movie. It covered the storyline very. My husband who did not read the books, said he did not feel like he was missing any information. The characters had a lot more depth and personality. There was a great comic relief element (mostly with Jake) that I really enjoyed. It did move quickly but I don't think that was a bad thing. This is an action packed movie and too much down time with make it loose that momentum. And film adaptations of books always seem to go much faster because you are not getting all the inner monologue. Overall I feel Slade hit the mark.
I liked the actions scenes a lot….and actually felt there could have been more…but it was enough to keep your mind moving. The interaction with the wolves and their hugeness was fun to see on screen esp. in a scene with Wolf Jake and Bella. They of course played up Jake's buffness in his human form…which I feel was bit overdone…made it a bit cheesy but he certainly did work hard for that body so I am sure it is nice to give it a spotlight!
They vamps look so much better too...for vampires that are supposed to be the most beautiful things, I think the first movie failed on that completely…New Moon was better but in Eclipse they definitely were much more on target. The odd dyed hair is what it is…it was set in the first one and the vamps are not supposed to change so there is little they can do to make that part better now.
Overall…this was the best movie in the Twilight series and I do wish they would keep Will Slade as the director for Breaking Dawn. He did a fantastic job!

Out of the 3 movies, I feel this was the best so far! It was a great romance, and action film. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. The only thing I did not like was the new Victoria....just not as edgy as the original. She, to me, was a joke for the part.....would much rather have seen the orignal! I will definately go and see this movie again and again....loved it!!
