This was the best out of the three, it was so much like the book. Anyone who is in love with Edward or Jacob needs to see this movie. I cant wait for Breaking Dawn to come out!

The loves triangle continues! This movie holds so many emotions. It is funny, sad, heartfelt, and heroic all in one! Most fight sequences were believable. I will say that Bellas wig seemed a little out of place at times.

For those who like action this is the movie for you. However, for those who have read all 4 books, in an effort to achieve the action much of the dialogue has been condensed. While the focus of the movie is the Edward, Bella, Jacob triangle, the tug of war that occurs within Bella herself to try and reconcile the two parts of herself, Jacobs Bella and Edwards Bella, is lost. For those who have never read the books, the movie will seem congruent with the last 2 and thus is very much worth seeing.

I liked Eclipse despite the fact that they changed the actress playing Victoria. It is really annoying when movies do that. Other than that I thought it was entertaining.

This movie was great! It started a little slow but quickly picked up the pace. Although it wasn't exactly like the book it did stay in the area unlike some movies.

Saw the midnight premiere and didn't think I could stay awake, but it was really good. ... and I'm an older mom with 6 grown kids! I'd definitely recommend it but not to children younger than 12. I felt it was pretty violent.

Loved all of the banter between Edward and Jacob. Great one liners. I can't wait to see it again and again. The Twilight series is awesome. The books give you so much more insight into the characters and I wish they would bring more of that to the screen. Dying for the next movie!!

It starts off with action which exhibits how victims become new villains and new heroes were pitiless. The Love triangle of Bella, Edward, and Jacob literally comes to a boil. It Also Gives More Insight on The Cullens Past Lives.The fight scenes were Amazingly Graphic but not too Extream, where you would be grossed out.

The actors are over the top dramatic, but they're easy on the eyes as the screaming teenagers will attest... I enjoyed it, nevertheless, and it stays close to the book.

I thought the director did a good job on adapting this one from the book. Of course there are things that were changed and/or left out but that's going to happen to movies based on books. I thought Jacob & Edward's character developments were better. The action & effects were great and didn't look cheesy. It was a little choppy in the beginning if you hadn't read the book but I think a lot of people that know nothing about the books will still like this movie.

This one had more of the quotes from the book then the others did and I love that. It doesn't hurt that Eclipse is my favorite book of the series. I was really scared that it would be alot more action and less of the rest. I also liked that it showed more of everyone. I just wished that it had showed how Edward was willing to give in to Bella in the end and not get married. Everyone also looked better in this one. All of the actors are better with each one. I hope that Breaking Dawn is just as good, if not better.

after watching Eclipse i can say it was really good. i thought that they where going to go to far from the book but they didn't. i even thought they where not going to be able to pull off the backgrounds for some of the people but they did a good job there. i loved Rose's background the most because she kills him in her wedding dress. lol. they did a really good job following the book. they did a good job showing the love triangle.

This movie was amazing! It was definately the best out of all three movies! And books! I saw the 12:01 showing and I stayed up until then literally shaking in excitement! I love the scene with Jasper telling the story of how he became a vampire! Definately 10 out of 10!
