The movie was great, however reading the books multiple times. I think they left out quite a bit. But given the time limit for movies I think it was still awesome. I hope that since they are breaking up Breaking Dawn into 2 movies that they don't leave out as much and I hope they include all the hazing that goes on between Rosalie and Jacob because it was great!! And Jacob has a smokin body but I am still Team Edward! I would recommend this movie to friends and family. I was at the midnight showing and it was crazy!!! The fan base for these movies are INSANE! I will ABSOLUTELY BE at Breaking Dawn when it comes out. I would not have missed this expirence for the world!!

Eclipse was the best movie of the series so far, i loved it, i can't wait till Breaking Dawn comes out. I strongly recommend this movie to anyone interested in the Twilight Saga or vampires in general.

I loved the Movie! I actually cried during most of it. I thought it was very touching, and creative. When Jacob told Edward that he was hotter than him, was too funny though because, everyone knows Edward is hotter than Jacob! I can't wait for Breaking Dawn!

This is the best movie that i have seen ever. I was glued to my seat the entire time and was soooo hooked. I think that it was the best movie out of all three.!!
I literally cant wait till breaking dawn i hae to see it now!!!!! i cant wait to see what they do with that one! By far the best one is Eclipse. David Slade did an amazing job and so did the cast!!

I really enjoyed the Twilight Saga: Eclipse!!! The overall midnight experience was awesome and the movie was great itself. I wish it had been a little more "emotional" in parts. I cried during the book, and I was hoping for the same emotion which was lacking some. I think all of the actors/actresses did capture the overall meaning of the book though. They really portray my vision of each character. I read the book again the day before the movie to refresh my memory and some of the experiences were changed and/or combined in the movie. I know they can only include so much but I wouldn't mind 4 hours of Edward/Jacob. Haha Only a couple of details were extremely off but if Stephanie Meyer the author is ok with it, I am too! I love the books and I think the movies are holding their own. Good job to David Slade! He really made the movie like I imaged it would look! I highly recommend!!!!

Movie was amazing. The fight scene was intense. it was actually a bit creepy in the begining too. I highly recommend seeing this movie, IF you have read the books, if not. Go to the store and buy all 4. Then go see the the movies.

Finally I can admit to being a fan of these movies! I absolutely loved the books but the Twilight Movie was so terrible it gave the whole franchise a horrible reputation. David Slade has definitely reversed the damage Cathrine created with the first movie! Eclipse was a perfect interpertation of an amazing book!

This was better than New Moon and I'm a big fan of NM! Director did a great job, actors, editors, as well! There was no unintentional laughter as there was in NM or super cheesy parts, like Bella and Edward running through the meadow in slow mo, ugh!
Got a better look at the trio's love triangle and it tugged at your heart in so many different ways! More character development. There was lots of action too. I think even if you haven't read the books, it would be easy to follow and enjoy! There was a range of people at the theater, not just all teeny boppers like everyone thinks. Happy movie going! I'm going to go see it again :)

Over all the movie was awesome, i was impressed how much it covered from the book. There were a few things that I would have loved to see that it didn't show, but I can live with that. If you love the book you will really love the movie, they did a really awesome job with this one! Go see it!

I took four 12 year old girls to see this movie at midnight. What a waste of time. The acting was horrible and plot was terrible. Not a clue as to why there is such hype over this series. The girls, on the other hand, were thrilled and very happy with the movie.

This movie was marginally better than Twilight or New Moon simply because David Slade captured all aspects of the story (love triangle, action, a little bit of horror). I thought that the acting in this movie was much less awkward then, for instance, Twilight, and everyone felt more comfortable in their characters on screen. The only thing I wish was different is that you wouldn't feel so bad for Jake, because in the books Jacob was just extremely annoying and the reader (most readers) wanted him to go away. Eclipse was my favorite book out of the series, and most definitely my favorite movie so far of the series (and of life). LOVE ECLIPSE!

I loved it! Yes it wasn't 100 percent like the book but it was awesome! I already told all my friends and family to go see it! Much better than the first and second one! I actually want to go see it again! The way Jacob(Taylor Lautner) and Edward ( Robert Patterson) fought over Bella (Kristen Staurt) was so wonderful! I am extremely excited to see Breaking Dawn! I hope they (the directors) stick to the book on this one! But I do give this movie 2 thumbs up and encourage you to go see it! =] ♥♥♥♥♥

The movie takes the Jacob and Edward rivalry to a new level and brings together the Cullens and the wolfpack for the battle against the newborns. The movie stays to the basic storyline of its book counterpart and has love, action, and suspense. There are some onliners that are hilarious "Tent scene" and keep the movie entertaining. Twilighters will not be disappointed.

Saw the midnight showing last night and out of the 3 movies I can honestly say that it was worth getting there at 7pm and not getting home till 4am. It was so close to the movie! The action scenes were amazing and more graphically gruesome than I was expecting and was overall pleasantly surprised
