The other two movies were great too, but this was even better. Taylor played his part alot better, and Kristen wasn't as awkward. Robert looked better in this movie too. And I love that Jackson Rathbone was featured more in this movie. Plus they stayed with the facts from the book.

OMG I know it is a 5 movie series but could they recast Kristen Stewart?? If it wasn't for how good the books were I wouldn't be watching the movies.
Kristen Stewart is the worse actress ever....
"JACOB!!! Kiss Me... I am asking you....." No emotion at all just like the other two movies.
At least this movie had some action in it to keep me watching.

This was by far the best Twilight Saga film made so far! The fight scenes were awesome and it stayed very closely to the book. It was definitely worth waiting in line at midnight! :D

The fight seems were intense. The characters were so much better than in previous movies. Followed the book very closely. I'm a fan of the books and was disappointed by Twilight and new moon. Glad they showed Jasper's and Rosalie's back stories.

Enjoyed the mix of romance and action throughout the movie. Both Edward and Jacob were hot in the movie. Definantly going to see it again and buy the movie when it comes out in stores.

any person who does not see this movie is missing out on so much. i never really was a fan of twilight but one day my boss made me watch it and i loved it. suddenly i popped in the second one and had a craving to know more. when i saw the third one at midnight i swear this movie changed my life and inspired me to read the books and i also switched from team edward to jacob. but who knows... things can change(:

Bought our tickets a week in advance and arrived to the theater two hours early to get good seats...the whole family along with the 15yr olds 3 friends and the 12yr olds two friends went together and we all agreed the movie was awesome!!! From someone who has read all four books twice I was not disappointed...totally loved it and will for sure be going to see it again!!!

Any human being with a modicum of sense or intelligence would probably avoid this movie. I however not being one of the above evidently, declare that the movie is what you make it. It ought not be necessary to say that it is a horrible movie. The dialogue is so nightmarishly sappy and the general theme so completely and utterly masturbatory that any person who takes the film seriously and likes it is either under the age of 15, is mentally retarded, or has a sad, sad, sad life. That said the name is clever, considering that there is quite a bit of obtuse symbolism in the whole vampire - wolf person / night - day / cold - warmth dichotomy.
Generally the movie is quite good for laughs and jeers, so if you go by all means be as obnoxious as possible in the theatre (you do get to see some sexy mythological creatures take off their shirts). It is not something to be taken without a fistfull of salt.

I have read all four of the twilight books and they were all amazing & being able to see them come to life in movies is awesome! Eclipse was sooo good, the characters seemed a little darker than in the first two, but it was still a great movie full of drama, action, love and comedy. I am telling all my friends they have to see it. The plot was also right on with the plot of th book. I loved it and I am definatly going to see it again at the movies & then buy it when it comes out on DVD. Already waiting for Breaking Dawn!

My 18yr old daughter and I stood in line for 5 hours with 10 of her friends and hundreds of our closest friends to see the 12:01am showing. I wondered why I let her talk me into it. But, it was definitely worth the wait. It was the best one yet. I LOVED it. I will definitely see it again. My daughter says she will see it another 8 times (not so sure about that).

This movie was great. I knew from the start that this would be my favorite Twilight movie. I'm a fan of the books and I also enjoyed the previous movies. Eclipse gave me more of the feelings I had when I read the book rather than the first two. The movie looked a lot better and was also more entertaining. The fight was better than I expected. Also, the romance was not so cheesy like it had been in the last two. I walked out extremely happy with the result and knowing that I would want to see this movie again. I think that people who aren't fans of the books will appreciate this movie more than the other two.

Okay...I'm an admitted Twihard...so of course I loved this movie. There were alot of details in the book that I missed, but there simply wasn't room to fit it all in. The main thing I realized as I waited in line, enjoyed the movie, and then reflected on it later....the real fantasy of this saga....it's not the vampires...its not the werewolves....its the love....its the idea of an endless and perfect love existing. Edward and Bella represent the hopes and futures of many teens and the lost hopes and dreams of many adult women who have learned just how difficult it is to find such a relationship. The movie is great...the character development is wonderful and the action sequences are awesome, but mostly the love draws you in and holds you captive...allowing you to believe...if only for 2 hours and 4 minutes...that anything is possible.

I think this was hands down the best Twilight movie yet. It did a great job sticking to the story line of the novel and included all the major plot points of the book as well. The movie was much better because of the director. He was not the same as the ones who directed the previous two installments of the series. I was actually surprised it was so good, seeing as I didn't have great expectations after seeing the other two movies. I would really recommend watching it, even if you have never read the books.

It was really good and although the theater - RAVE on Preston - was NOT adequately prepared for Twihards...I mean really....standing in the hallway until Toy Story 3 ended? We needed to be INSIDE to fully appreciate the camaraderie and excitement that the Twilight movies bring on!
There were some things left out of the movie...don't be fooled. But let's be honest, it's a 600+ page book...what did we expect. Overall, I was not disappointed, although I would have liked a bit more tent scene! Twihards know what I mean.
