I am so glad that a director finally grasped the concept of making a Twlight Saga film that was true to the book w/o sacraficing quality of the movie. Eclipse is by far the best of all three films thus far. The acting, CG, make-up, etc. was much much better. It was action packed and entertaining for both adults and tweens.

My daughter actually got me interested in the Twilight series and I have become addicted I dont feel as this is the best movie of the series however it doesnt fall short of the previously released from this series which is a rare find these days.....

Definitely MUCH better than the 2nd one :-) They could've cut some of the scenes with Edward and Bella, but I know that's not going to happen. The wolves looked much more realistic this time...except for their size. Jacob sure is a gorgeous wolf!

I thought this movie was great. The romance between Bella and Edward was so magnetic, and the dynamic between Jacob and Bella just added to the intensity of the movie. I really loved the action scenes with the wolves. I highly recommend this movie. Loved the music too.

Yes I thought this Twilight was the best movie out of the first two. Don't get me wrong I loved the first two, but they had nothing on the third one. I recommend to anyone. It really had you guessing if Bella would weigh out her options and change her mind, but I'm glad she didn't go Team Edward!!!!!! I love Jacob too, but go Team Edward!!!!!

I really feel this movie touched alot of the book this time. The acting was great , I love how everyone had a acting part in the movie this time they really did a great job. Great Movie , I loved the action,romance, and how they stayed pretty true to the book on Eclipse Movie.
The director did a great job.....I loved it I went to the Midnight showing and then went back the same day at 6:30 with family and friends to see it again...I loved it and everyone else did to......

This was the best movie of the Twilight saga yet. It had everything you could want - humor, romance, action and so much more. It followed the book really well - of course there were things left out, but the stuff that was there was substantive and true to the original. I would recommend seeing it on a regular size screen, it seemed a little distorted on the IMAX and it was hard to take everything in because the screen was so big. I loved it and can't wait for it to come out on DVD!

Even though the movie went very fast through the book and I think they missed a few KEY pieces....(Tent scene) It was still a wonderful movie and so far the best of the Saga!!!! I can't wait for Breaking Dawn!!! I really hope it's EVEN better!!! Thank you Stephenie for having such an Amazing Dream!!!

I think it was important to show more of what she was losing by picking Edward. I was very disappointed not to see the vision of how her life would have been with him. The two black haired kids they would not have together. Or how about how he can't fight an eclipse!! Or how much she cried over losing him. I'm just sayin'

The special effects in this film were not good enough. They detracted from the story.
The acting wasn't too bad at all. I think it missed out on much of the emotional impact from the book, but it wasn't bad.
That said, I sure experienced more "Oh please" moments in the movie than I did in the book.
The screaming teenagers in the audience were entertaining.
Two significantly great parts of this film: The tent scene and Charlie's quote: "I'm liking Edward a whole lot more now."
There's nothing in this film to detract the target audience from loving it. I just thought it was OK.

This movie was worth the wait and I am going to see it again today. The action scences were terrific and the chemistry between Edward and Bella is better than ever before. Jacob is still eye candy, but a bit more high maintenance.
I was pleasd at how closely they stuck to the story line in the book. I think this is the best of the 3 movies so far. The character development was great.

I love this movie, it was action packed with romance. Edward Cullen is sexy, yes I am a Edward Freak, I so love him. David did an excellent job but the ending always leave you hanging, which is bad because we have to wait a year for each movie. The ending for this movie was better than New Moon because it just cut off. In order for you to enjoy the movie please see it in IMAX It will knock you off your feet.

movie! Jasper's & Rosalie's backstories really

I Loved the movie. I mean dont get me wrong i loved the books and im mad that they left parts out, but it was much better than the first two movies. Kristen did a lot better in this movie than in twilight. Robert much better sparkles looked a little more real this time. The best for last Taylor... OMG... i mean come on who could you not love him?!? He played Jacob very well best out of the three.. "i am hotter than you" hell ya in more ways than one. I highly recommend going to see this movie. I cant wait to go see it again. (this time with my dad)

I was very disappointed, it was nothing that I expected and hated how Bella doesnt know what the hell she wants or who she loves, I want to see her with Edward but I have all ideas you all are going to kill Edward in the end and hand her over to Jake, Twilight started out such a great love story and you are ruining it. This movie rocked! Plain and simple. The chemistry was there, the jealousy was there. I felt they stuck to the book perfectly. I am actually going to see it a few more times while it is in theatre. Great job guys!! :)

First let me say that I LOVE the Twilight books!! They are some of my very favorite books and when the first movie came out, I was sooo excited!! It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be, but then New Moon improved and I was hoping this one would keep the trend going. I saw Eclipse and have to say that it was GREAT!!! I absolutely LOVED this one!!! I was sooo happy with how close to the book the movie was and how everything has improved!!! The acting, action scenes, etc.... I would HIGHLY recommend seeing this movie!!! LOVED IT!!!
