After I read the snobby critics' reviews I was hesitant to watch this movie in spite of having a great cast. Well, as usual, most of the bad reviews were not justified. I found the movie to be entertaining (if not a bit gory), the plot interesting and the acting solid. I went to this movie knowing that it was scifi, probably stretched the imagination a bit, and due to its "R" rating had a good amount of violence and sexual scenes. No, it was not a "Gone With The Wind", but nowadays what is?

I thought this was going to be an exciting, violent, and at least action packed moving - but oh boy was I wrong. This movie was so slow that I almost fell asleep! GEEEZ
If it wasn't for some of the bloody scenes, I probably would have fallen asleep. Actually felt like walking out at one point... what a total waste of time and money.
I should have seen that miley cirus movie instead, probably way more entertaining! LOL

I didn't like this movie at all. too bloody and violent I chose this movie because there was no other one that I wanted to see but totally disapointed on how I spent my time and money.
