Literally gripping from the first scene, it's hard to review it without giving too much away, but at first you are heartbroken for GB's character, then sort of into the vengence, then it continues to turn, and you turn on him. What a great movie, it is disturbing in many ways obviously, so this is a crime scene of the worst kind to start with, then the payback is very bloody, so if you are sensitive to this then you may want to go see the latest chick flick, but this is definitely all action, but the ladies you will get a little shot of GB's backside if that will motivate you to let your guy see this with you.

Up front, the movie is about a situation that has a lot of people living in fear. Then, as the story unfolds, the entire movie takes a left turn and becomes a "WOW" machine for the audience. The events that unfold are awsome and take the movie to another level. The photography is terriffic and the interplay between Foxx and Butler is great.

The movie kept myself and my friend on the edge of our seats wondering what was going to happen next. Gerrard Butler plays a great role, as does Jaimie Fox. At times, the violence did get a bit much- he ended up killing 20-25 people. But overall, the movie was entertaining and had you zoned in the entire time!

I saw the trailer for Law Abiding Citizen over a month ago on Apple's site and couldn't wait to see the movie. Once I found out F. Gary Gray was the director, that just made me even more eager to see it. I have to admit, it was worth the wait. Great acting, great action, and great plot twists that kept me involved throughout the movie. Don't bootleg it! Unlike most movies, this one is actually WORTH the price of admission!

OK first let's just say that here is yet another 'you killed my family now I am going to kill you' movie. The plot is the same as just about every Steven Seagull and Jean Claude ***Damm revenge movie. The idea of him doing it while in prison was just the spark this needed to not be just another wasted trip. All in all I quite enjoyed this movie. A little too bloody for my girlfriends tastes but even she had a good time.

The movie continues to pick up in pace until the last 15 minutes or so. The story line, although lacking in dialogue, develops avidly until the very end. Suspenseful the whole way through. The ending left you unfulfilled though. I would have done it much differently. Over all, a great watch.

This was a fun, intense, suprising movie for me and my husband. Interesting to be cheering for the 'bad guy'! Gerard Butler is fantastic, and the movie has some hard hitting points aimed at the US 'justice' system and the game it is. Liberal left Hollywood still has a brain sometimes it appears. This movie was definitely worth full price. Great from start to finish, although I would rewrite the ending personally to better suit the way I would have liked it to end.

When I sat down in the theater to see Law Abiding Citizen I was expecting to like it. I knew that Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx were both going to be stellar. What I didn't expect was the jaw dropping, gasp inducing thriller of a movie that was Law Abiding Citizen. From the first moment to the last, there was not one scene that was a throw away, which is rare in my opinion. There were moments when, although I knew something was coming, I still literally jumped in my seat and gasped at the plot twists Overall I give this movie 5 stars and highly recommend it!!

An edge of your seat action packed thriller! At times you will be jumping out of your seat. I never guessed the ending. Great cast, Gerard Butler, Jamie Foxx, and Viola Davis, and great director, F. Gary Gray. A must see!
