Very good movie well worth the money to go and see it. Wasn't sure what how good it was going to be. It turned out to be very good. The kind of movie where you are pulling for the bad guy this time around. Jamie Foxx and Gerald Butler both played parts very well.

This movie was better than expected. Although you thought you knew what was going to happen and how it was all going to play out it turned out it was better than you thought. Very exciting and action packed. The gross factor is high in a scene or two but it's quick to go. Go see it! Very entertaining.

Excellent portral of a man who the law system failed to give justice, if it even could. Great conflict between the victom and his lawyer till the very end. Twist at the end was not easily followed so it keeps you in suspense to the end. Good movie, lots of action and not for little ones. Enjoy.

Gerard Butler was awesome, my bf and I loved it, it kept me in suspense. I was disapointed in the end, i didn't like that jamie foxx didn't get what was coming to him, but maybe it ended like it did because a number 2 is coming. Overall this movie is a must see!

this movie was a good movie first of all. some reasons behind this decision is that; one this movie has a good plot( a man taking revenge on the justice system) but even though it has a good plot it seems a little radical for someone to kill everyone. two it is very suspenseful because at one time you are wondering whether or not he really is doing this all by himself or if he has a accomplice. but in one perspective it is a little gory at some point but in another it is in some ways comical. for example he is making outrageous deals with the justice system. all in all this movie was good in some perspectives and bad in another i would definitely see this movie again.

When I saw the trailer I knew I had to see it. This is the best movie I've seen this year! As a filmmaker I watch a bizzilion movies! This was absolutely incredible from beginning until the end! The story was incredible. The cinematography was amazing. They had the most beautiful shots. The editing was smooth and amazing. I never took my eyes of of the screen. I was scared to move! I didn't want to miss anything! The acting was phenomenal! Jamie Foxx and Gerad Butler was the perfect match. I'm going to see this again. F. Gary Gray is such an amazing director. I love this movie! Gerard Butler (hope I spelled his time correctly) was super as the villian/good guy turned bad. To my knowledge I had not seen him in any movies. This was good as the story unfolded You were kept in the dark. My opinion has been passed on to all my friends. Oh, Jamie Foxx was also, great as usual. This story was fitting for the time we live in and played into the everyday person's concept of the law/legal system.

Very good storyline with a less-than-creative climax. The movie builds you up to expect a spectacular, mind blowingly creative ending, then leaves you highly disappointed. My friend described it very well: "It seemed like they ran out of money half way through making the movie and had to end it quickly."

Yet another anti constitution movie. This is a major propaganda film eager to seek rationals for the "government" violating constitutional rights. The DA swears to uphold the constitution then runs out to break it and we're supposed to feel he did the right thing. This is not a pure entertainment movie but deliberate social psyops at work. See this movie, but see it for what it is and ask yourself why they are putting this in front of you?
