I absolutely loved this film! Even though it was a little complex the movie was absolutely awesome. The special effects were stunning and the concept of the movie was fabulous. The only part I wasn't fond of was the ending, which left you guessing. I would have preferred to know which way it went but that still didn't change my overall impression of Inception. Truly wonderful movie; would recommend it highly. The acting was great and Leonardo DeCaprio is the best!

Sure this movie has extreme special effects just like any other blockbusters. However, none that one hasn't been seen before. Actually Matrix was the first film of it's kind that totally blew my senses! Inception I felt actually stole some of it's idea from Matrix but not as effective. Dream within a dream within a dream is nothing new. Central idea is brilliant however could've been executed with better actors. Mostly I'm getting weary of Leonardo DeCaprio's redundant character of this "tortured soul" acting with his wife..very reminiscent of the movie "Shutter Island". In fact the character is one and the same. Same mannerism, redundant accent he seem to have acquired from the movie "Aviator" is becoming very annoying for the subsequent movies he's played in so far. Mainly a very good music soundtrack would've really helped the movie but that was absent making the movie seem very long and slow to get to the point. The ending of the movie however definitely made me think and analyze just for a little while. I would not recommend this movie to a friend but will tell them to wait until it comes out on blu-ray or DVD.

Christopher Nolan's films tend to have both a high rating among viewers and evidence of hard work, and Inception is no exception. It seems Christopher Nolan simply isn't capable of making a bad movie. Everything about this film is polished and high quality and thoroughly enjoyable. I was blown away. It's not often that you come across a movie these days with excellent writing, acting, effects, plot, characters, and suspense all at the same time, but Inception has them. The complexity if this film draws you into a fantastic dreamworld where the line between your subconscious and reality is blurred, and anything you can imagine can happen. This is by far the best movie I have seen in a very long time, and I will most definitely see it again.

This film had me hanging on my seat for the last hour!
The concept is manipulating peoples actions by planting a thought in their head and making them believe it's their own thought. This is done in the dreamworld. Then, there's a great plot (involving handsome industrialist from Red Eye), evil father and so much more.
It's quite a long film at 148 minutes, and took time to really open up. However, it's absolutely the best film to have happened since the Matrix trilogy. DeCaprio is ok, but it could have been any half decent actor and it would still have been outstanding.
Of course I did the obligatory "oh everyone look who's popped in, It's Ellen", as I think most people did, but she was cool and believable.
There are some films you leave thinking, I'll have forgotten this by the time I get home. Others, you can't wait to see again. I'm going to see this again tomorrow night and I think it will be FANTASTIC in 3D.
Praying for Inception 2.

I thought this movie was brilliant....usually you can figure a movie out near the middle but not this movie. It kept going....and going....action enough for the edge of your seat.....tense and time events that had to happen.....Leo at his finest .......he knows how to pick a movie to bring you the the brink and back again. This movie will be so lost on the small screen. I see people going back to see the special effects and having to explain to their friends what is happening. A very tough movie to explain outside of the watching it. I enjoyed the movie very much.....and just love that this type of movie gets made....not a teen love story...not a slasher movie....a movie that you can escape the heat and reality for a couple of hours. When you come out of the theater prepare yourself for how you will feel.....not sure my feet were touching the ground!!

On the edge of my seat! Action, suspense, and a superb cast! If you liked Memento- you will LOVE THIS MOVIE! Outstanding performances-Leonardo is incredible again, and unbelievable special effects! A true must-see movie!
