A very good movie with a fantastic premise. It's an action flick for sure. Just so happens to have a cool premise quite well done. The screenplay may deserve an Oscar, even though it would have been so much better to apply the dream concept to a different genre. Why do such an intelligent and subtle idea with an action driven plot? And the movie theaters really need to get speakers that aren't blown. That made it really challenging for me to stay in the theater. But I only had this one chance to watch this movie, so I stayed. And the movie was worth it.

I thought Inception was a great movie. I am kind of a movie snob as I feel like a lot of movies that I have seen in the past few years have had similar content. I thought this movie was original and thought provoking in addition to having good acting, great effects, and a good storyline.

The movie was intriguing, but there were many implausible aspects of the plot (beyond the basic premise, for which you have to suspend disbelief). Some of the characters knew more than they possibly could. The ending was confusing. DiCaprio was mediocre. Finally, it was about half an hour too long.

The acting, cinematography, and story concept are all great. This is definitely an original. However, I was not blown away as much as I was expecting to be, especially with all of the hype I kept hearing. Maybe my expectations were too high. There were definitely some "Matrix" elements, and some really cool effects that make this worth seeing. But some of the layering just got to be too much for me, and when you see it you'll know what I'm talking about. It was well written and acted.

This was just an outstanding movie!! So well written and acted - the casting was brilliant as well. Some unexpected actors that made a real contribution to the depth of character development.
The story was SO creative and fascinating - it was the perfect combination of the best of The Matrix and Memento. It had some of the best action/chase scenes I've ever watched - and I don't like chase scenes - lots of physics-defying special effects that were amazing. And, it had the mind-boggling creative story line and art direction reminiscent of Memento.
I would LOVE to see this movie made into a book to be able to really delve deeply into the concept of dream "inception." Definitely a MUST SEE!!

I took my son to see this movie as surprise for his 14th birthday. It took me about 30-45 minutes to really start getting into the story line of the movie. Once I began to follow the plot it really kept me guessing about what was real and what was not and intrigued me right up until the end of the movie. Speaking about the way the movie ended I really felt it couldn't have been more perfect. We couldn't stop talking about the movie once it ended and it created the most amazing conversation throughout dinner. What a new an innovative idea which we both thoroughly enjoyed. A Definate Must See!

I saw this movie for 3 reasons A. the movie looked really good B.i think Leonardo DiCaprio is a very good actor (hes my favorite actor) C.Christopher Nolan is a great director. the movie had great action, they took all the action you would ever see in a movie and they combined it all together. The plot was amazing i would never be able to think of something that creative. the acting was great it made me feel like i was in the movie. the 3 problems i had with this movie was that it was very confusing i had to watch it a second time to understand it fully and there was one actress that really annoyed me (that doesn't mean she was not a good actress) and i didn't like the ending so much. Inception was a very deeply detailed and entertaining movie. It kept you wondering whether or not the real world was actually the real world to the end. The cinematograpy and special effects were very well done. The music by Hans, as usual, is excellent. The only thing we had to complain about was not the movie but the theatre (AMC) for which the sound was way to loud and at times uncomfortable. If it were a THX sound system, I would be singing a different tune to this regard.

This requires a little attention at the beginning but repays it beautifully. Splendid satisfying result from an extremely talented director and crew. DiCaprio is excellent in a challenging role, my appreciation for him increased.

I really enjoyed this. Despite warnings from friends & family, I found this story to be easy to follow & I loved the ending. They used settings with such extreme contrasts that you'll have no problem figuring out at which "level" (setting) the characters are at all times.

This movie is amazing. One of the few truly original movies to come out of Hollywood in the last decade. As long as you pay good attention to the first 30 minutes of the movie, it's a simple concept you won't have any trouble understanding. Great cast, great director, really great movie.
