Overall a decent flick. Plenty of Megan, which is always good. Too much side stuff. Now I usually don;t mind some "atmosphere" in a movie to help build the universe, but most of this was just dumb. The "twins" Autobots served no purpose and could have just been removed from the movie with no effect on the plot. John Turturro's character was good, but this sequence with the meat shop had some stuff in it that could have gone away an no one would have noticed.
The CGI is of course amazing, but everything seems too "zoomed in" and it's very difficult to tell who's who and what the heck is going on. It's like every robot needs a floating bubble over their head to help identify who they are.

With most movies, the sequal doesnt live up to the first one. However with Transfomers ,that is not the case. Now part of the story line with Sam going to college, that was a bit on the boring side, but the whole part about the transformers being on Earth long ago in the past that made things a bit more interesting. Overall the action sequences are great... You cant even tell when it switches over to the IMAX format. There are scenes that will leave you with your jaws dropped. Also its even more funnier than the first. Go see this moive.You will have a great time.

Transformers who would ever think this cartoon,toy line, would be a blockbuster hit? I enjoyed the first movie. I was not disappointed with the sequel. The action started off well, but the whole egyptian pyramid thing, is way too cliche. Also I would have liked to see more screen time on the other transformers. E.I sideswipe, arcee, and soundwave. Transformers 2 is a good popcorn movie, I know that the fanboys, and fangirls may think otherwise. You have to have a open mind because its a giant robot movie. Not the earlier cartoon classic of the 80's. Plus Optimus Prime owned the decpticons!!!!!!

There are no words to describe how amazing this movie was. The first was great! I must have watched it twenty times and it never got old…but this one…just…WOW. From the start there is non-stop action. My fiancé and I don’t remember breathing the entire 2 ½ hours. IMAX did this movie justice – no doubt about it! We saw it the day it came out and all the shows were sold out – you could not fit one more person in that massive theater and I don’t think anyone was disappointed. Looking forward to the next one? – Lets hope!

Anyone going into the theater expecting high art from a Transformers movie is a bit misguided, if you ask me. The movie was nowhere near as bad as early reviews had led me to believe. The fist 45 minutes or so was extremely slow and not at all funny, and 15 minutes could have been cut out of the remainder of the movie, as well. The length of the movie is ridiculous, yes. On the whole, though, I very much enjoyed it -- not as much as the first one, but I was kind of expecting that.

While I wont say it was better than the first one...but it was definitely on par. I hear the critics saying that the humans did'nt have a good presance in this movie. Well the movie is called TRANSFORMERS> not transformers/humans... I got all that I needed fromt his movie...Action Action...hot girls..giant robots...thats what I paid to see and it was great. I grew up on Transformers so anyone who knows anything about Transformers would of found the story a bit nostalgic.The only thing I can say bad about the movie is that I wish they would of had the newer autobots doing a bit more.....it was easy to see that this movie was all about the Decepticons.

Overall, it met my expectations. I believe the writers tried to appease the hardcore fans with a lot of random add-ins, but it might have all been too much. Some of the characters were a bit stereotypical. Some new Transformers seem under-utilized (Soundwave, Devastator). If you go in with patience (very long movie) and average expectations from the plot, you'll still enjoy it and be impressed with the visuals.

The first one I was dissappointed because there wasn't enough metal on metal, this one wasn't that way what so ever. Seeing it on the IMAX was excellent, I could watch it a couple more times just to make sure I caught all of the detail when fighting. They cleared it up in the first one, guy got girl good now time for some action. 2 hours 30 minutes not a factor, some people were excited that they were yelling in the theater. Good job Michael Bay! Looking for the third already!

I loved this movie. It was great and had lots of action. My children enjoyed it as well. There were smiles on their faces through the whole thing.

Revenge of the Fallen certainly delivers in the action department. The fight scenes are mind-blowing.
I was able to follow the plot, but it did seem to jump around a little bit.
The Transformers altogether get more screen time, but many of the characters are just kind of glanced over.
My one major complaint is the crudeness of the movie. Some moments are funny, but there are so many crude references and so much profanity, particularly for a movie based on children's toys. It all just felt so out of place and took away from my overall enjoyment of the movie. I absolutely would NOT take a child to see this movie.
So overall, mostly enjoyable, but needs changes for next time.

I definitely thought the movie was hilarious. I found myself bursting out laughing several times through out the movie, which I wasn't expecting but it was welcomed.
I think I liked it better than first one. I loved the story line, I loved all the actors in it. It was great.... everyone should go watch it!

I most appreciate the cooperation between DOD with WB on this movie.
The movie on a whole was good. I enjoyed it. I could have done with out all the over the top stuff i.e. the twins persona, and a few other things (biggie:tazed/stunned and right back on his feet) I have other questions, but I do recommended the movie. It does receive a thumbs up from me.
