Wow...what a let down! I was SO excited to see this film, and was SO let down! I am a huge Vince Vaughn fan, but sorry to say...he did'nt measure up on this one. A couple good laughs, but other than that, way to much phycology babling! Wanna see a funny Vaughn movie...?? Go rent Wedding Crashers!

However, there was too much psychology and therapy going on in this film.
I felt like I was constantly being pounded in the head with "after school special" messages on morality and life, instead of being entertained.
The Guitar Hero scene could have been directed and edited with more style. The pseudo-spiritual content was a turn-off. And the stereotypical African-American characters were just tacky. I could totally tell a White person with very little expereince with REAL Black wrote these characters.
In the end, Vince and Jon let me down. I laughed a few times, but this is not one of their better movies.

Don't listen to the critics' reviews. This movie was hilarious! A comical take on real marital issues. Heart warming, funny and wildly entertaining. Go see it!

Sorry, Vince. I went to see this because of you, and you alone. I should have re-rented Wedding Crashers. THAT was funny. This is NOT funny. I chuckled a couple of times during the almost 2 hour movie. I can't remember the last time I checked my watch so many times. At one point, I whispered to my friend, "Did I say this was a comedy?" SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I thought the movie was creative and completely kept the whole audience in stitches. The comments made by the actors were classic. Yes, some of it was corny, but that is what made it so funny. Everyone should see it!

The movie is just as expected when it comes to vince vaughn's films. You can expect the same back humor comedy seen in such films like wedding crashers and the breakup.
the movie had some lol moments but most of the humor in my opinion is very casual and not in your face which is typical with vaughn.
Jon Favreau was by far the funniest in the movie and the little boy who plays the son of vaughn is absolutely adorable. the yoga instructor scene was also very funny.
All in all I'd give this movie 4 stars because it was exactly what I expected. great date movie!
