This is George Clooney at his bestl There is never a pause in the movie that makes you wish you had stayed home in bed and saved your money. All of the supporting actors are superb and make you feel the real life moments. With a majority of the movies I see -that do make me wish I had stayed home, this was refreshing.. there should be more of these movies, original, well scripted, directed and acted... mmm, and did I mention George Clooney??! Thank you!.

I expected this movie to be good, but it totally blew me away. It was so very human that it cut directly to my heart. The characters and ideas is everything you see day to day, but never really notice or care. Amazing work Jason Reitman

George Clooney shows depth and genuine emotion in this timely, painfully relevant story about a man who fires people for a living and likes the isolated life he leads. His journey toward human connection is at times humorous, at times sad, but always thoughtfully entertaining. Clooney has never been funnier, more believable, or more vulnerable. The musical score is fantastic, especially the wistful song called "Help Yourself" by Sad Brad Smith that plays during a wedding montage. Can't wait to buy the soundtrack!
