Moon was probably the best sci-fi movie I've seen since Gattaca. Sam Rockwell does a great acting job, and Kevin Spacey is perfect as GERTY.

A lot of sci fi movies are just cowboys and indians in space. Rarely do they take the incredible opportunity that sci fi offers to re-imagine the human condition under unforseen (or technologially altered) circumstances. Moon does just that, and it does it in a surprising, intelligent, and emotionally nuanced way. Sam Rockwell does a great job, too. Go see this movie.

Im glad I didnt read too much about the movie and got intrigued as the plot developed. Im a big Sam Rockwell fan and so glad he pulled this off.
I loved seeing dirt on the on the astronaut suit. Didnt care for Kevin Spacey's voice as gert...too much of 2001 space odyssey.

A great science fiction! Hearing people complain about the lack of action in this movie is ridiculous. Action would have ruined this movie. The atmosphere on the moon is very realistic and believable, as is the story. Sam Rockwell did an excellent job. I felt the movie was very satisfying. And I really love that Duncan Jones understands CG is inferior to miniatures. Can't wait to see his next movie, Mute!

I was expecting this movie to be 2001: A Space Odyssey with a twist or a different angle. It was definitely way more like a great episode of the Twilight Zone. It was exactly what great Sci-Fi should be - bizarre but with enough reality to keep you thinking about it for a long time. Also, Sam Rockwell's performance was fantastic. Go see this movie and make everyone you know see it, too.

Was able to catch this in Minneapolis at the film festival. WHAT A MOVIE! Amazing direction by Duncan Jones who stayed to answer some questions after it was over.
Anyways Sam did an AMAZING job and the movie was just perfect. Had a even balance of drama and some humor spots spread through out the whole thing. Still cant believe it was shot on a 5 million dollar budget.
